Alaykamu Salam brother, I'll be back on here more regularly now. I'm reoriented and moving in the right direction again. It's good to be back.

No problem. I agree with you completely and had to pause to decide whether to use the "agree" or the "sad" reaction, because I couldn't use both.

Read brother, I asked a sayid regarding your question, they changed the question a little bit.

Nah, you answered it. I was asking because Ali (عليه السلام) and those after him are called "Imam", so I was wondering if those who lead congregational prayers are called something else by us.

Sort of like how you wouldn't call a congregational priest an "archbishop"... get what I mean?

It is brother. We call him Imam. Or are you asking about something else?

Sunni people fold their arms and says Amin after Fatiha, not Shi’as. You’re welcome, if you need anything else feel free to message me.

See, I had read initially that I was supposed to fold my arms, say "amin" after Surah al-Fatiha, say "allahuma ghfirlee" x2 after the first sujud, never read anything about Qunut after the first rakat, and that the tasbih of Lady Fatima (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) was optional (I obtained misbaha because I used to say the rosary every night and I wanted to continue in the style of that tradition with the beads).

Thank you for clearing this up for me. Much appreciated.

Sorry brother, I’m not exactly sure what you need, but this is how we Shi’a pray. It’s easy and understandable. If you need anything else feel free to ask me or check that YouTube channel which I will link below.

Don't use Duolingo for Arabic, you're better off on Memrise, where there's actual courses on Quranic Arabic.
