  1. (bismillah) (Salaam) Dr. Ahmedinejad is the truth manifest. The west can stomach that. He tells the truth, come what may. For if Allah(swt) is with you...who can be against you? WS
  2. (bismillah) (Salaam) My thing is not against gay bashing. That's not my cup of tea. Never the less, we must make so a clear distiction between...."committing" a homosexual act, and "living" a homosexual lifestyle. The act can be forgiven...but the lifestyle can not. WS
  3. (bismillah) (salam) Rumsfeld Rebuked By Retired Generals Ex-Iraq Commander Calls for Resignation By Thomas E. Ricks Washington Post Staff Writer Thursday, April 13, 2006; Page A01 Retired Maj. Gen. John Batiste said many of his peers agree that Rumsfeld should be replaced. The retired commander of key forces in Iraq called yesterday for Donald H. Rumsfeld to step down, joining several other former top military commanders who have harshly criticized the defense secretary's authoritarian style for making the military's job more difficult. "I think we need a fresh start" at the top of the Pen
  4. (bismillah) (Salaam) Yeah, noor I concur with you about, "having them(weapons) but not needing them rather then needing them and not having them." But in regards to lester...most world conflicts are based off of money. Although, the reasons for going to war might be different. WS
  5. (bismillah) (Salaam) First of all...my faith shouldn't be of any consequence to you. Secondly, you should of message me if you have a personal problem with me brother. Thirdly, I never said that I wanst a 12'er...which I still am! And proudly said! Fourthly, this isn't the forum to talk about these particular issues. And last I randomly change my pictures all the time. As if I really needed to justify my self brother. Toba. May Allah(swt) guide us on to the right path. WS
  6. (bismillah) (Salaam) This problem has nothing to truly do with nuclear energy. It was all to do with Iran shifting its trading of oil, from dollars(from which the us has a monopoly on) to the Euro. Once this transfer of funds becomes the standared form of trade in regard to Oil, the US knows its economy will collaspe. Saddam, for all of his wrongs, tried doing this in 2000. He tried hitting the US with WMD that they didn't see coming. This is the reason why the US invaded Iraq. After the ivasion was complete, the US quickly converted the trading of oil, once again from the Euro back to the dol
  7. (bismillah) (salam) Mashallah, I'm glad that we're all happy... But What happens next? What will the American response be? WS
  8. (bismillah) (Salaam) Alhamdulilah!!!! Mashallah, this is great news! Imam al Mahdi would be please for his community! Mashallah, once again! Long live the Islamic Ummah! Long live the Islamic Republic! WS
  9. (bismillah) (salam) Ok, let's try breaking it down. And ask ourselves the following questions. After we have agreed on a general conscience , then In'shAllah we can persevere forward as a United Ummah. Question Number 1: 1.) What does one have to do to be called/ and or considered a “Muslim?” In my humble opinion, one only needs to recite the "Kalima." Mind you, this is the foundation of our holy religion. Without this…there is nothing else. Question Number 2: 2.) What does one need in order to be a Shia of Ahul Bayt? Once again, in my humble opinion is love for Allah(swt), Rasoolulah(saw
  10. (bismillah) (salam) I also have one more question. And this comes from a quote: Thank you for your reply in advance. WS
  11. (bismillah) (salam) Trust is not compulsory nor quintessential for there to be deception. In all actuality, its precese(Truth) is not encouraged not to be present in regard to deception. WS
  12. (bismillah) (salam) Please brother, I simply request that you work diligently to bring forth this highly anticipated thread. WS
  13. (bismillah) (salam) This thread has become very interesting. I really would appreciate clarification on varies points throughout this thread(resources please): 1.) Why do "WE" Shia have the bodies of our Holy Imams in our Mosque (Najaf, Samarra, Mashad, etc?) Should they be in a place of worship? And if so, who started this practise? Was Rasoolulah(pbuh) buried in a Mosque? Did he request to be buried in one? Did Imam Ali? 2.) Tablah...which Imam stated that we should start making sujjud on them? Also, when did he say to only use the clay of Karbala? These are only a few questions that I h
  14. (bismillah) (salam) Imamate Why it is extremely important to recognize the Imam of the time. And what proofs are there to prove That the Imam of the time is present amongst us. In Surah Rum verse 43, Allah (swt) tells "Then set your face upright towards the established religion before that day comes from God, when there will be no escape". In this Surah we are told to turn to Deen because on the Day of Judgement people will be separated based on their Finding and accepting the True Deen. In this Surah Allah(swt) tells mankind to search for (find) that perfect Deen. Now lets look at the wor
  15. (bismillah) (salam) Libby: Bush himself authorized leak on Iraq Testimony shows 'president can no longer be trusted,' says Howard Dean WASHINGTON - Vice President Richard Cheney’s former top aide told prosecutors President Bush authorized the leak of sensitive intelligence information about Iraq, according to court papers filed by prosecutors in the CIA leak case. The filing by Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald also describes Cheney’s involvement in I. Lewis Libby’s communications with the press. There was no indication in the filing that either Bush or Cheney authorized Libby to disclos
  16. (bismillah) (Salaam) What party are you talking about? Buchanan isn't a Republican or even associated with the Republican party. He's a member of the Reform party. And Pat Buchanan? You might as well pick, Trent lott, Pat Robinson, Jerry Farwell or the ghost of Strom Thurman! Have you heard what this man has said before? Toba....and you agree with him? WS
  17. (bismillah) (salam) Former U.N. Weapons Inspector Hans Blix Says Iran Is at Least Five Years From a Nuclear Bomb OSLO, Norway Apr 3, 2006 (AP)— Former U.N. chief weapons inspector Hans Blix said Monday that Iran is a least five years away from developing a nuclear bomb, leaving time to peacefully negotiate a settlement. Blix, attending an energy conference in western Norway, said he doubted the U.S. would resort to invading Iran. "But there is a chance that the U.S. will use bombs or missiles against several sites in Iran," he was quoted by Norwegian news agency NTB as saying. "Then, the
  18. (bismillah) (salam) Thanx for the article Lester. I believe more dialogue in this arena is definitely required. Will the world really take on the American Empire? Only time will tell. WS
  19. (bismillah) (salam) George Perkovich, of the Washington based Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, has argued that Iran's decision to consider invoicing oil sales in euros is, "part of a very intelligent strategy to go on the offense in every way possible and mobilise other actors against the US." This viewpoint however, ignores Iran's economic motives, just because the decision, if eventually taken, displeases the US does not mean that the rationale is purely political. In light of such sentiments and the US's current insistence that Iran be referred to the UN Security Council Ir
  20. (bismillah) (salam) Iran’s Oil Exchange threatens the Greenback The Bush administration will never allow the Iranian government to open an oil exchange (bourse) that trades petroleum in euros. If that were to happen, hundreds of billions of dollars would come flooding back to the United States crushing the greenback and destroying the economy.[/u] This is why Bush and Co. are planning to lead the nation to war against Iran. It is straightforward defense of the current global system and the continuing dominance of the reserve currency, the dollar. The claim that Iran is developing nu
  21. (bismillah) (Salaam) Also, I've written this before but, I felt as if it were appropriate to this on going debate: This standoff is happening because Iran is wanting to set up its own oil bourse, which will trade in euro's and not dollars. The United States knows that, if this happens, the american economy will collapse. Never the less, this article would "never" make it in the Washington Post, Washington Times, The Patriot(George Mason student paper...Go Patriots! I had to give a shout out, lol!) PS: The article featured in "Wikipedia: Iran nuclear history." WS
  22. (bismillah) (Salaam) The NPT (Non-Proliferation Treaty) is wholeheartly agreed with by the Islamic Republic. Read was what was acknowledged earlier in the article: Not only was it exceptable by the IAEA (by the standards set by the IAEA and the NPT) but the IAEA was willing to help and assist the IRI to obtain Nuclear energy. If one was to read further, they would come to the conclusion that the IRI has not violated one article of the covenant. A covenant mind you, not signed by the United States or Israel. Which ironically are the two nations leading the fight to have Iran abid by the covena
  23. (bismillah) (salam) Under the Shah The foundations for Iran's nuclear program were laid during the Cold War, in the late 1950s under auspices of the U.S. within the framework of bilateral agreements between the US and Iran. As soon as 1957, a civil nuclear cooperation program was been signed with the US under the Atoms for Peace program. The Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi was ruling Iran at that time, and the regime appeared sufficiently stable and friendly to the West that nuclear proliferation would not become a threat. In 1959 the Tehran Nuclear Research Center (TNRC) was established, run b
  24. (bismillah) (salam) This standoff is happening because Iran is wanting to set up its own oil bourse, which will trade in euro's and not dollars. The United States knows that, if this happens, the american economy will collapse.
