SYEDRAZAALI got a reaction from Jehangirbutt in Depressed in a sexless marriage
    Assalamun alaikum
According to me first of all you should get confirmed whether your husband is straight or not. This is the reason in most of these type problems. Secondly you should trying finding the reason behind this behaviour of your husband. No offence but there can be any affair or something of that sort. Next you should take him to the doctor with you by describing your problem to him. If he doesn't go to a doc you should go to a doc on yourself and try to figure out the reason. I'm sorry if I sounded offensive.
    May god help you.
    Wassalamun alaikum.

SYEDRAZAALI reacted to Ali-F in The Rewards Of The Surah's In Quran!
    Salam Alaikum
This is from another forum. This is so great that this must be shared in Shiachat. I have translated them (Google Translate) But inshallah the meaning is the same.
Credits go to the user from the another forum for found all this. In each and every surah there is a bit about the rewards of these surahs.
However, it is said that these rewards and incentives are only a fraction of eh who really is behind them of incredible hasanat.
But I've just been too lazy to find more than this.
Hope you will get the benefit of it this way.
The sources from what I said will be reports from the Prophet and Ahl al Bayt, from mafatih all Jenan and tafsir al burhan, majmaul bayan etc and of course it is Shia sources.
Before I start on some of the sacred surat, so I will mention the verse mentioned throughout the Quran surats except Sura al-Tawba and it is
    : Bismillah:
If I were to tell you how great a reward and benefits in just this word, I'm afraid to put too little emphasis on and on the way "APCM mgaser" the truth.
But I will give a few examples:
In tafsir al burhan has been reported that the Prophet PBUH: has said that whoever recites, then 5000 palaces of rubies being built for him in Jennah and in each a palace there will be 1000 rooms built of pearls and in each a room there are 70000 thrones of emeralder and on each throne there are 70000 carpets made of the finest of the finest crafted fabric and every one of the blankets will sit one Hur al 3ein. A man asked the Prophet if there were any conditions to get this reward by the word and the Prophet replied that one should recite it with conviction and understanding.
It has been reported that Isa one day walked past a grave and so that Allah swt anger and punishment was imposed on this grave ... so he passed it very quietly ..... some time passed where Isa was walking past the same grave again and saw that the grave was peaceful and that Allah swt mercy and blessings were imposed grave. Isa
was surprised ovet this and asked Allah swt and eh had happened .. it was then revealed to him that the man in the grave was a sinner. But when he died his wife was pregnant and for a while after his wife gave birth to a boy. As the boy grew older, his mother sent him to a teacher who taught him., And it would ik been fair for me when this boy called my name while I punish his father.
A sign of a true believer is that he reciterere with a loud voice ... it was also narrated by Imam Ali al worldly that is very close to Allah's chosen name (Ism Al 2a3dham)
SubhanAllah ... Allah's mercy knows no bounds .. The one who knows you Ya Allah .. will surely love you.

When our Imam (as) was in such discomfort either Shimr (la) or someone else said that it's better to behead the Imam (as) to relieve him of that agony...yet no one bothered to near our Imam (as)...they feared his jalal n josh...
And then Shimr (la) said that he had an idea to see if the Imam (as) was still alive or not ... and it was [the idea was] to annouce that they are putting the tents ablaze. When Imam (as) heard that - I think (forgot just heard it on ashoora two days ago) he said Ya Ali madad and brought himself up...

The first video is made by a moron that is trying to make fitnah. The Answer of Ayatollah Wahid is to Ayatollah Makarem, not to Ayatollah Khamenei.
Secondly, Ayatollah khamenei was answering some questions that people had asked due to Maddahs(reciters) in the period he answered that questions had this bad habbit of forcing people to cry and putting them on the spot. There are videos of some maddahs that throw people out because they don't beat their chest hard enough or don't scream.
Basically what he is saying is that you don't need to "insist" on people crying loud and screaming, even if it recommended. Ayatollah Wahids comments are in a totally different context.
Word of advice, be careful when watching youtube videos......

I was wondering that in the present scenario everything has its own app. Then why are we not thinking about an app for this site?
It is a wonderful idea of creating this site. It would become 100 times better if an app is introduced to the public.
    Hoping for the best.

    As salamun alaikum everyone.
I'm glad that SC is back once again. The time it went down I almost lost the hope of getting back to it ever. These days were just like as I was missing a very important thing in my life.
To avoid this again (I am just suggesting) lets create a SC group on whatsapp which is the mostly used social network on the world or on any other social network (May the elder brothers decide this). By doing this we can always have a way to connect to SC.
I'm sorry if i said anything wrong.
Its just my love to never ever loose SC ever again.

    Salam Alaikum everyone!

First off, we’d like to welcome you all back to ShiaChat.com.  It’s been a hectic 10 days of trying to restore service but we’re excited to be back online.
As some of you may know, and for those who are technically inclined, we had a secondary hard drive failure that had been lurking for a few weeks unnoticed and then ended up with a primary hard drive failure which also resulted in a RAID failure – so for a moment, we had no data except for an old backup.  It took a few days to salvage backups and live data, a couple of days for our service providers to rebuild the server, and another couple of days to install the forums, restore backups and perform a complete test to see what data loss, if any, we encountered.
Luckily (yet to be confirmed), it seems like the data loss is very minimal and localized with the blogs which is why you only see 18 blogs instead of the 60+ from before.  We’re also addressing a few small technical glitches with the vendor, we don’t expect these to be serious.
For the time being, please continue to use the site as usual and report any new unreported issues in our “Test” thread:

In the past 15 years that ShiaChat has been serving the online community, we’ve been through many challenges including crashes, technical glitches, hacking, attacks and even a well organized domain theft but we continued to come back stronger.  We are working on multiple risk assessments and mitigation strategies to ensure what happened will never be repeated again and we thank you for your ongoing support.  We as Admins are not completely free of blame since we can always do a better job in monitoring the site and ensuring optimal performance and reliability but at the end of the day we are all volunteers with busy personal lives and are only trying our best with your support.
As always, a special thanks to brother Ya Aba 3abdillah for working behind the scenes once again to bring us back to life.

    Salam sister.
First of all i would like to say the people out there in the world are not of the same mentality. Hence all I'm going to tell you is after keeping in mind the diversity in human race.
Love is blind and indeed this statement is true. In other words a person who is in love with someone is not able to see the drawbacks and negative points of the loved one. All the person sees are the good qualities exhibited by the loved one.
But in the present scenario finding true love can be a very difficult task. Today people don't love people they love money. Hence they dont give a damn about the looks and qualities of a person.
Coming to your question the person who really loves you will never care about anything else about you like your looks, money, family, property n all. All he'll care about is just you and you.
But if a man is jus trying to use you as an ATM machine. Then as soon as you have no money he'll leave you.
The type of men that prefer a well off woman are the atm type guys.
    Hope it helps.

Pretend you were interested in a woman and wanted to ask for her hand. However, you find out that her family doesn't have much. You find out that her father doesn't live with her, and it's only her, her mother, and brothers. You also find out that she helps out with food and rent, and basically doesn't save up for much. She would be around 24, 25 and is just about to study to become a teacher because she just changed paths from a previous career.
Would that turn down a guy and find that unattractive? Do some guys want a woman who is well off? I was told that some men prefer women who have a rich family. Is that sometimes the case?
    Thanks.

SYEDRAZAALI reacted to serviceforhumanity in Can Muslim Say Salaam To Non Muslim?
Can Muslim say SALAAM to non Muslim?

    By Khurshid imam

    1. Introduction
One of the issues that are of much discomfort for our Hindu brethren is the issue of Salaam. Many Hindus complain that when they greet Muslims with Salaam or AsSalaam o alaikum then Muslims don’t say walaikum asSalaam . Our Hindu brethren expect walaikum asSalaam from Muslims. “Why Muslims don’t say Walaikum AsSalaam to us”? - is one of the questions very often asked by non Muslims to Muslims.
On the other hand most of Muslims are of the idea that a Muslim can not say Salaam or AsSalaam o alikum or walaikum asSalaam to any non Muslims. One can find lot of fatwas (religious verdict) against saying Salaam to non Muslim. The same group of Muslims is also of the idea that it is prohibited to seek forgiveness or do dua of maghfirat to any non Muslims.
What is the reality if this issue? Can a Muslim say Salaam to non Muslim? Can a Muslim do dua (prayer or supplication) of forgiveness for non Muslim / mushrik / kafir? Let’s understand this issue with unbiased and open mind.
    * Salaam means ‘Peace’. AsSalaam o alaikum means ‘Peace be upon you’. walaikum asSalaam means ‘Peace be upon you too’.
    * Mushrik means one who associates partner with God. In simple words one who worship something else as God.
    2. Claim of some Muslims and the misunderstanding
Some Muslims claim that Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) has asked to not to initiate Salaam to non Muslims. Also people say that Prophet told us to say only walaikum when greeted by a non Muslim.
This wrong conclusion is the result of failing to derive correct guidance from hadees.
Claim of such people is based on following ahadees mainly:
A> Narrated AbuHurayrah Allah's Messenger file:///C:/Users/faisal/AppData/Local/Temp/msohtml1/01/clip_image001.gif said: Do not greet the Jews and the Christians before they greet you and when you meet any one of them on the roads force him to go to the narrowest part of it. (Hadith - Sahih Muslim, Book 026, Number 5389)
B> 'A'isha reported that some Jews came to Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) and they said: Abu'l-Qasim (the Kunya of the Holy Prophet), as-Sam-u-'Alaikum (Death be upon you), whereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said: Wa 'Alaikum (On you too). A'isha reported: In response to these words of theirs, I said: But let there be death upon you and disgrace also, whereupon Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: 'A'isha, do not use harsh words. She said: Did you hear what they said? Thereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said: Did I not respond to them when they said that; I said to them: Wa'Alaikum (let it be upon you). (Hadith - Sahih Muslim, Book 026, Number 5386)
By quoting these types of ahadees people arrive at the conclusion that:
    a. A muslim should only say WALAIKUM when greeted by non Muslims.
    b. A muslim should not initiate Salaam to non Muslims.
    3. Reason for the misunderstanding
Again: the most commonly repeated mistake of the majority of Muslim. Not understanding an issue UNDER THE PRINCIPLE OF QURAN. When people don’t look at Quran, don’t analyze what Allah has revealed, don’t ponder over how Quran has guided and directly try to reach at conclusion just by looking at hadees in isolation then they are bound to make mistake.
Based on mainly above ahadees people conclude that it’s not allowed to say Salaam to ALL non Muslims. This erroneous and false understanding is due to:
a> Not understanding an issue under the guidance of Quran.
b> Not considering Quran as the ultimate guidance and final criteria from almighty God.
c> Taking the meaning of hadees by completely ignoring the context, background of issue.
d> Also people don’t try to find out if the ruling was only for certain people and for certain time or for all people till the day of qiyamah.
    4. Ahadees under consideration
As far as above ahadees are concerned then following points should be very clear to all:
    1. “Do not initiate Salaam with them….” - It is not difficult to understand that this injunction was specifically when Muslims were going to Banu Quraizah - who were in hostile terms with Muslims. And these Jews were the open enemy of Islam who has rejected the prophet hood of Prophet Muhammad even though prophet was alive among them. People who rejected Prophet Muhammad as Prophet were much severe in kufr (denying) compared to today’s non Muslims – as far as rejecting prophet hood is concerned because that time Prophet was alive among them.
    2. “……this hadîth relates to “a state of hostilities” which had erupted at that time against the Muslims. It was, in fact, at the time of the campaign against Banû Qurayzah. This is established by another authentic hadîth where the Prophet [peace be upon him] said: “…We are going forth in the morning against a group of Jews, so do not initiate the greeting of Peace with them….” [ Musnad Ahmad 26695 and Mu’jam al-Tabarani al-Kabir 22 / 291. See also Musnad Ahmad 16844 and.17584.]. Ibn Hajar al-`Asqalani relates the same from al-Bukhari’s al-Adab al-Mufrad and from Sunan.al-Nasa’I while.discussing.this.topic.in.“Fath.al-Bari”.[.11./.39.]
    3. The second hadees is very clearly mentioning why Prophet told walaikum. It says that since Jews wished death to prophet by saying "as-Sam-u-'Alaikum" i.e. death be on you so he replied Walaikum i.e. same to you. Is it difficult to understand why prophet said ONLY walaikum? Do non Muslims around you wish you by saying Death be on you? Obviously not. So this commandment of prophet was specific to a particular situation and not a general commandment for all non Muslims till the day of qiyamah.
    4. If someone is hell bend on taking these ahadees without context, situation and background and argues - "No No! Since ahadees tells us not to initiate Salaam to Jews and Christians so one should not greet ANY non Muslims " - then my argument is - "OK, so using your understanding it can be said that hadees speaks about not initiating Salaam to Jews and Christians; it does not prohibit initiating Salaam to Hindus, jainis, Buddhist, Sikh etc - So it means one can say Salaam to Hindus and all other non Muslims except Jews and Christian - do you agree???" Can you get me fatwa from any scholar that saying Salaam to jews and Christians is prohibited by it is allowed for other faith people like Hindus, Buddhist, Sikh etc? It is very obvious you will not get such fatwa.
Also the first hadees also mentions that “when you meet any one of them on the roads force him to go to the narrowest part of it” – if you believe that this hadees injunction was for you also today then will you force your Christian friends or teachers to narrow path when you meet them in road? No! This instruction was temporary in nature for a specific case.
    5. Also if you consider this commandment of Prophet to be generic in nature and for all non Muslims till the day of qiyamah then you should realize that this judgment contradicts Quran. Wait!!!! Don't open your fatwa bank. Have patience. Kindly read complete article to find out what ruling Almighty God has given to us in this matter. If Almighty God has guided us that we can say Salaam to non Muslims (Not each and every non Muslim) and seek forgiveness for them (Not each and every non Muslim) then can prophet go against the rulings of God? No! Never! Impossible.
    6. The commandment of Prophet not to initiate greetings to SOME of non Muslims is in perfect harmony with the guidance of Quran (It is explained later). To what kind of non Muslims we should not initiate Salaam ? For what kind of non Muslims we can not do dua of forgiveness? Read these in later part of article.
    5. Revisiting basics
    A. Quran is NOT the book of history or story but it’s the book of guidance
Though Muslims day and night swear that “Quran is the word of Almighty God, we should follow the teachings of Quran into our life, we should rule by Quran” - but when it comes to seeking guidance then first thing people do is set aside Quran and look at other sources.
Remember: Though quran contains science, history, mathematics, logic etc - its MAIN purpose is guidance of mankind. When it tells you events of past prophet and past community then it is not for only for information but it is for giving guidance. When Quran tells the crime of past community then you should not think that - "Ok! This was the crime of past community. thats it!!". No No! This incidence is mentioned in quran to warn you, so that you don’t commit error committed by past community, you should take guidance from these events. So the purpose of revelation for Quran is to get guidance and then rule your life by that.
" The month of Ramadhan in which was revealed the Quran, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion ……." [Quran, Surah Baqrah 2: 185]
Please mark the purpose of Quran.
It is for whole mankind. Quran is not exclusive property of any particular sect, religion, group of race.
Quran contains clear proofs. The proofs given by Quran are self explanatory.
Quran is for guidance purpose. We MUST seek guidance from Quran.
Quran is the criterion – it means in any matter Quran will have the last say; what is right and what is wrong.

    B. Those who don’t follow rulings from Quran are kafir and fasiq and zalim
Quran is word of Almighty God.
Quran is word of Almighty God.
Quran is word of Almighty God.
No wonder Muslims claim Quran to be word of God loudly but when it comes to ACTUALLY believing and practicing it they fail miserably.
Quran says that one MUST judge as per the revelation of Almighty God.
It was we who revealed the law (to Moses): therein was guidance and light. By its standard have been judged the Jews, by the prophets who bowed (as in Islam) to Allah’s will, by the rabbis and the doctors of law: for to them was entrusted the protection of Allah’s book, and they were witnesses thereto: therefore fear not men, but fear me, and sell not my signs for a miserable price. If any do fail to judge by what Allah hath revealed, they are Unbelievers (kaferoon). [Quran, Surah Maida 5:44]
We ordained therein for them: "Life for life, eye for eye, nose or nose, ear for ear, tooth for tooth, and wounds equal for equal." But if any one remits the retaliation by way of charity, it is an act of atonement for him. And if any fail to judge by what Allah hath revealed, they are wrong-doers (Zalemoon). [Quran, Surah Maida 5:45]
Let the people of the Gospel judge by what Allah hath revealed therein. If any do fail to judge by what Allah hath revealed, they are those who rebel (Faseqoon). [Quran, Surah Maida 5:47]
To you We sent the Scripture in truth, confirming the scripture that came before it, and guarding it in safety: so judge between them by what Allah hath revealed, and follow not their vain desires, diverging from the Truth that hath come to thee…….;[Quran, Surah Maida 5:48]
And this (He commands): you judge between them by what Allah hath revealed, and follow not their vain desires, but beware of them lest they beguile thee from any of that (teaching) which Allah hath sent down to thee. And if they turn away, be assured that for some of their crime it is Allah’s purpose to punish them. And truly most men are rebellious. [Quran, Surah Maida 5:49]
Above ayah of Quran make very clear that if we judge against the guidance of Quran then it is kufr / zulm / fisq / absolutely wrong. See how much emphasis Allah has given on judging from what he has revealed.
    C. Quran permits saying Salaam to non Muslims. It prohibits only for a certain types of non muslims
I know very well that i have taken much time before arriving at the crux of the article - the reason is: to remind Muslims about the basics of Islam. Muslims - by large- have abandoned Quran and that is what will be complain of Prophet on the Day of Judgment.
"Oh my Lord! My people have abandoned this Quran" Quran, Surah Furqan (25) - Ayah 30
Let’s see What Almighty God has told us about the greetings or saying Salaam or seeking forgiveness for non Muslims.
    A. “When you are greeted with a greeting, greet in return with what is better than it, or (at least) return it equally” [Quran – Surah al-Nisa’ 4:86]
In the above ayah Allah mentions a generic rule regarding greeting – that when anyone wishes you with a greeting then you should respond with better greeting.
    B. “And the servants of (Allah) Most Gracious are those who walk on the earth in humility, and when the ignorant address them, they say, ‘Salaam !’ (Peace).” [Al-Qur’an, Surah Furqan 25:63]
Here also Allah instructs us that as a good believer we should be humble and when dealing with jahil or ignorant (they may be Muslim or non muslim) we should say Salaam.
    C. “And when they hear vain talk, they turn away there from and say: ‘to us our deeds, and to you yours; Salaam u alaikum (peace be to you): we Seek not the ignorant.’ ” [Al-Qur’an, Surah Qasas 28:55]
Here again Almighty God instructs us that when vain talk or useless talk is going on then turn away from such group (they may be Muslims or non muslims) by saying AsSalaam u alaikum. Here also Quran proves that it’s allowed to say Salaam to non Muslims.
    D. Then Allah makes crystal clear in the matter of saying Salaam to non Muslim or kafir or mushrik and also about doing dua of maghfirat for them i.e. seeking forgiveness for them.
And mention in the Book (the Qur'an) Ibrahim (Abraham). Verily he was a man of truth, a Prophet.
When he said to his father: "O my father! Why do you worship that which hears not, sees not and cannot avail you in anything?
"O my father! Verily there has come to me of the knowledge that which came not unto you. So follow me, I will guide you to the Straight Path.
"O my father! Worship not Shaitan (Satan). Verily Shaitan (Satan) has been a rebel against the Most Gracious (Allah).
"O my father! Verily I fear lest a torment from the Most Gracious (Allah) should overtake you, so that you become a companion of Shaitan"
He (the father) said: "Do you reject my gods, O Ibrahim (Abraham)? If you stop not (this), I will indeed stone you. So get away from me safely (before I punish you)."
ÞóÇáó ÓóáóÇãñ Úóáóíúßó ۖ ÓóÃóÓúÊóÛúÝöÑõ áóßó ÑóÈöøí ۖ Åöäóøåõ ßóÇäó Èöí ÍóÝöíðøÇ
Ibrahim (Abraham) said: "Peace be on you! (AsSalaam u alikum) I will ask Forgiveness of my Lord for you. Verily He is unto me Ever Most Gracious.
    [Quran – Surah Maryam 19:41-47]
    E. Finally Almighty God describes the universal principal regarding saying Salaam and seeking forgiveness for non Muslims.
It is not (proper) for the Prophet and those who believe to ask Allah's Forgiveness for the Mushrikun, even though they be of kin, after it has become clear to them that they are the dwellers of the Fire.
And Ibrahim's (Abraham) invoking (of Allah) for his father's forgiveness was only because of a promise he [ibrahim (Abraham)] had made to him (his father). But when it became clear to him [ibrahim (Abraham)] that he (his father) is an enemy of Allah, he dissociated himself from him. Verily Ibrahim (Abraham) was Awwah (one who invokes Allah with humility, glorifies Him and remembers Him much) and was forbearing.
    [Quran – Surah Tauba 9:113-114]
Here is the key to the whole issue. Few important points from above two references i.e Surah maryam 19:41-47 and Surah Tauba 9:113-114
    1. Prophet Abraham invited his father to monotheism. His father was a mushrik who was committing shirk (Associating partner with Almighty God) knowingly. We know father of Prophet Abraham used to make idol for worship purpose.
    2. His father rejected the invitation and got angry at Abraham. He threatened Prophet Abraham with stoning-to-death and asked him to leave. Thus in simple words – Prophet Abraham invited his father to the religion of God and his father rejected it thus becoming kafir.
    3. But even then Prophet Abraham said Assalam u alaikum i.e Peace be upon you. Not only this, but also Prophet Abraham told that he will seek forgiveness for his father from Allah i.e he would do dua of maghfirat for his father. Imagine!
    4. And afterwards when he became dead sure (After continuous and strong rejection of Islam by his father) that his father will never return to truth that he stopped praying for his father.
    5. Allah gives a principal here that if you are dead sure that a person will never return to the truth then you should not seek his forgiveness or do dua of maghfirat or say SALAM.. Before this one CAN do dua of maghfirat or seek forgiveness from God or say Salam.
    6. So in layman’s language one can say:
No Salam category> You feel that this person has constantly rejected the truth of God after being explained about Islam many times and he will never ever return to deen of almighty God then you can NOT say Salam to him.
If it is not the case < No Salam category> then you CAN do Salam or seek his forgiveness from God.
How many non Muslims around you fall under category < No Salam category >??? Hardly a few!!!!
    D. Prophet’s instruction is as per quran
I hope now it is clear that which category of people were there for whom Prophet advised Muslims to not to say Salaam. Of course they were those people who fall under < No Salam category >
Prophet prohibited Muslims from saying Salam to those non Muslims who fell under the category mentioned by Quran in Surah Tauba 9:113-114
The prohibition of saying Salam to non Muslims will apply to ONLY this category of people about whom one is sure that he is going to be in hell.
    6. Conclusion
    1. Saying Salaam means “AsSalaam -o-alaikum” i.e. May peace of Almighty God be upon you.
    2. Some Muslims have misconception that Islam does not allow saying Salaam to all non Muslims.
    3. Almighty God instructs us that one can NOT say Salaam or do dua of forgiveness for those mushriks (mushrik means one who associate partner with Almighty God) about whom you are dead sure that they are going to be in hell because of their constant rejection of truth. Under this category those people will come who have been very open and continuous rejecter of truth.
    4. To rest of non Muslims one can say Salaam or reply walaikum asSalaam .

While Islam has allowed Mutah (according to shia school of thought), it is unfortunately one of those permissions/practices that has almost become obsolete (in this age and time). So I wouldn't recommend that you rely on it to combat sexual desires. You may have reached puberty but you are most likely dependent on someone. Therefore work on becoming an independent person capable of supporting someone before you think of marriage (temporary or permanent). Do your level best to stay away from haram acts, offer your daily prayers and keep reminding yourself that Allah is most Just and Merciful.

    Alsalam alikum,
Helping reverts to learn about Ahlulbayt(as) is one of my priorites in this life. I have been in this way since 2008 if I remember well. I have gained a lot of experience thru these years. One of the best ways to introduce reverts to Ahlulbayt(as) that I found is sending books in hard copies to reverts around the world, I tried to contact many foundations in Iran, Kuwait and Lebanon. The one in Iran sends books only about the basic of Islam while we need books that introduce Ahlulbayt(as) to muslims, reverts and non muslims alike, I could not find good support from the second one and the third one can't afford shipping books.
I have a friend whose husband cut amount of his monthly salary to buy and ship books to reverts to learn about Shia Islam and there are a few others who do the same, but these are only indvidual efforts, so they only can send a few books.
So, I encourage you(brothers and sisters) who have books about Ahlulbayt(as)and don't need them to donate your own books to spread the knowledge of Ahlulbayt(as) and to face Salafis who spread rumors about Shia Islam around the world.
"Do not feel ashamed if the amount of charity is small because to refuse the needy is an act of greater shame" Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib(as).
    Thanks in advance.

SYEDRAZAALI reacted to Zeynab Abbas in Imam-e-Zaman (A.S.) in the Mirror of Dua-e-Nudba
    Imam-e-Zaman (A.S.) in the Mirror of Dua-e-Nudba
'Dua' means 'to call or to seek help'. 'Nudba' means to cry or wail. The Shia books of traditions lay great stress upon 'Dua'. Dua is the weapon of the believer, the essence of belief and the connection between the Creator of the universe and his slaves. One of the treasure of Duas is a pearl, known as Dua-e-Nudba. It is an important and authentic Dua. It's deep meaning penetrates to the depths of the heart. This is enough proof that these are not the words of an ordinary person. They are uttered by the personality who has connection with the celestial world (Aalam-e-Malakoot). Allamah Muhammad Baqir Majlisi (r.a.) has quoted this Dua in 'Zaad-ul-Maad' from Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (a.s.). It is for the Imam of the time. And Muhammad bin Ali bin Abi Khura has quoted this dua from the book of Muhammad bin Husain bin Sufyan Bazoofari, from Imam-e-Asr. Apart from this, great Shia scholar Sayed Raziuddin bin Tawoos has mentioned it in his book, "Iqbal" on page no.295 to 299. Muhammad bin Jafar Mashadi Haeri has recorded it in book Al-Mazaan (Dua no.107). Qutb Rawandi in Al-Mazaar also records it and so does Allamah Majlisi in 'Zaad-ul-Maad' and 'Beeharul Anwaar'. Shaykh Abbas Qummi too has narrated it in his book, 'Mafatihul Janan'.
Let us see how the magnificent personality of Imam-e-Asr (a.s.) is introduced in this Dua:
"Where is the Last Proof of Allah. The one who is a link of the chain of guidance of the purified progeny of the Prophet (s.a.w.a.) without whose presence this system cannot remain?"
The word 'Baqiyatullah' is used here. It is from the verse of the Holy Quran
"What remains with Allah is better for you if you are believers."
    (Surah Hud, Verse 86)
It is evident that the world cannot be bereft of the Proof of Allah. And the one from the progeny of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) remaining of this earth is only our Imam Hazrat Mahdi (a.s.). It is reported in the traditions,
"If the Proof of Allah is not present the earth will sink."
The earth is still remaining as it was. This proves the existence of a divine proof.
"Where is the One who will exterminate the followers of injustice ?"
Beginning from this sentence to the end of this article are various prophecies regarding Imam Mahdi (a.s.). The point to be noted here is that Imam-e-Zaman (a.s.) will not at all tolerate any kind of injustice. Whether it is the injustice against one's own self i.e. sin or it is against the rights of someone else. Because the last representative of Allah is to establish the scales of justice and equity.
Husain ibn Khalid says that he asked Imam Ali Ibne Musa Al-Reza (a.s.):
"O son of the Prophet (s.a.w.a.) who is the 'Qaem' (one who will rise) among you, the Ahle Bait (a.s.)?" He replied, "Qaem is my fourth lineal descendant. Son of the chief of the maids of Allah (Janab Narjis Khatoon). Allah will through him purify the earth from injustice and tyranny. And when he would reappear the earth will be illuminated by his radiance (light). He will establish scales of justice among the people. Thus no one will oppress anyone."
"Where is that venerated personality who is awaited to correct all kinds of weaknesses and vices?"
Unlike the other sects of Islam, it is the Shias of today who are distancing themselves from (religious) knowledge. Personal opinions are given the garb of religious authenticity. Personal view points are expressed as the elements of Islamic doctrine. And we accept all these without testing their authenticity and credibility. The learned scholars are stunned, the Maraaje stupefied. Not knowing what to do. A believer is being degraded and we are amused by it.
People of loose morals, the wealthy and rich are giving opinions regarding religious matters, and we are prepared to offer them co-operation. The school of Aale Muhammad (a.s.) is sidelined by the surrounding vices and evil deeds and we are immersed in the sleep of carelessness. What could be worse than this sloth and betrayal of religion. Seeing all these bad deeds of us all, a believer man fervently prays to Allah, "O Lord! where is Your last representative whom you have given the good news. And waiting for whom is prescribed as the best form of worship. Send him among us urgently so that he can correct the weaknesses and the wrong ways of humanity and the religion from the society. These shortcomings and vices which are the causes of the sorry state of the believers.
'Where is the one who is the abode of hope, one who will put an end to the oppression and injustice?"
The word used in the metaphor means that in which hope is reposed. When the people of the world would be disappointed by each and every kind of government they will have only one last hope. This hope is the hope in the institution of Imamat or in the meritorious personality of Imam-e-Zaman (a.s.).
"Where is the treasure (of Allah), one who will rejuvenate the obligatory commands and the recommended one?"
Yes, Imam-e-Asr (a.s.) is that treasure whom Allah has held back so that when the obligatory commands and the recommended actions are diseased by the germs of doubts, objections and misunderstandings, Imam (a.s.) will reappear and enable it, to have a purified life. After this, the Islamic commands, optional and obligatory, would be carried out in the correct form and with sincerity. The belief would be so much purified that no one would dare to ignore any religious command, either obligatory or recommended.
"Where is the One who is chosen to impart a new life to the Islamic world and to rejuvenate the Shariat law of Mustafa (s.a.w.a.)?"
His reappearance will imbibe a new life in the Islamic world. The shariat would be followed correctly. There would be neither discord nor any disagreement. The following verse would be fully acted upon:
"And Hold fast by the Covenant of Allah altogether and be not divided."
    (Surah Ale Imran, Verse 102)
"Where is the one, who, it is hoped, will revive the Quran and its laws ?"
True, when Imam-e-Zaman (a.s.) would explain the ambiguous verses in the light of the unambiguous or the clear ones. At this time people of the world would become aware as to who are the ones "firmly rooted in knowledge".
Who is the repository of all the knowledge of all the "land" and the "seas"? At this time the world would listen to the commentary of the manifest book by the manifested light. The divine mufassir (exegist of the Quran) would be listened to with attention and whole heartedly believed upon.
"Where is the One who will enliven the Islamic sciences and the teachers of religious education?"
In the last part of the time, the religious scholars and the Islamic knowledge are looked down on. The influence of wealth and self and power is stronger. In such a corrupted atmosphere the successor of Ali Ibne Abi Talib (a.s.) would expound the meaning of the tradition,
"I am the city of knowledge and Ali is its gate."
'Where is the One who would destroy oppression and tyranny of the oppressors?"
"Where is the One who will raise the edifices of polytheism and hypocrisy to the ground?"
Today the monotheistic world is attacked by all sorts of doubts and misunderstandings. Polytheism and hypocrisy are on the look out to revile Islam and obliterate its name from the world, so that the people would begin to detest its name. But according to the divine promise all the evil designs of the satans will be useless. The promise is as follows:
"He is the One who sent His Prophet with guidance and the true religion, that He may make it overcome the religions, all of them, though the polytheist may be averse."
    (Surah Saff, Verse 9)
Moreover only the worship of the true God shall remain. Our Imam would study the intention of the people and give his judgment. So if any hypocrite thinks that he is living in the 1st century of Islam, he would be absolutely degraded.
"Where is the One who will destroy those who transgress and commit evil, those who are immersed in sins and those who raise their heads (against the affair of Allah?).
"Where is the One who will distend the branches of misguidance and disputes?"
"Where is the Destroyer of the signs of (evil) disease and egoistic tendencies?"
In the government of the Imam (a.s.) no one will be able to carry with him the diseases of hatred, malice and hostility. Nor will anyone be able to follow his selfish desires. First Imam (a.s.) will try to correct these people but if they still do not improve then Imam (a.s.) will put an end to their existence.
"Where is the severer of the ropes of falsehood and calumniation?"
These will no place for falsehood, deceit and cunning in the government of Hazrat Mahdi (a.s.). It will be a rule whose foundation has been laid by Ameerul Momineen Ali (a.s.). The only difference would be that in this government there would be no place for people like Talha and Zubair.
"Where is the Destroyer of the vicious and disobedient people?"
The quality of Imam Mahdi (a.s.) that will become apparent after the reappearance will be to put to sword anyone who dares to disobey Allah as also the traitors and the transgressors. For in his government only the Quranic law and the divine commands will be followed. No one will be able to offer any excuses.
"Where is the Eradicator of the followers of obstinacy and misguidance and the renegade?"
"Where is the One who honors the friends and degrades the enemy ?"
The word Awliya (friend) in this sentence is taken from ‘Maula’ (master). Thus whoever accepts the mastership of Imam (a.s.), will be honored by him (Imam (a.s.)). But whosoever does not, he will have to face degradation.
"Where is the Accumulator of the words of piety?"
The term 'Kalima' (word) is also used in the Quran to mean people. For eg. Hazrat Isa (a.s.) is mentioned as 'Kalima'. In other words the companions and the helpers of Imam-e-Asr (a.s.) will be only the pious and abstentious ones. Not those who are sinful and disobedient. As the Quran has declared: "The hereafter is only for those who guard (against evil).
"Where is the Gate of Allah through which all should enter ?"
It means that whoever wishes to enter the world of knowledge and faith then he should do so only through the door of the purified Ahle Bait (a.s.). If anyone prefers for himself any other path, then he will surely be led astray.
"Where is the countenance of Allah through which the friends attend towards him?"
Every member of Holy Ahle Bait (a.s.) is a mirror of divine qualities (Face of Allah). It means the countenance of Allah. Obviously Allah does not possess a 'face' but it only means that whoever wants to turn towards Allah and wishes to have an intermediary to Allah can do so only through the Proof of Allah [Imam Mahdi (a.s.)]. Since the Imam is in occultation to have belief in him and to attend to him becomes all the more meritorious.
The following tradition of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) also supports this argument:
"O Ali! In the last period there will be a people, most amazing in belief and the greatest in faith. They shall be those who will not have seen the Prophet of Allah and the Proof of Allah (Imam Mahdi (a.s.) will be hidden from them. The foundation of their belief shall be upon only certain writings."
"Where is the Means which is stretching from the earth to the sky?"
If the universe becomes bereft of the "Proof of Allah' it will be annihilated at once. For the Proof of Allah is the axis of the universe. He is that Perfect Man through whose grace the worlds derive their nourishment from the Almighty Creator (Allah).
"Where is the Master of the Day of victory and the One who will spread the flag of guidance?"
At this point the reciter of this Dua expresses a strange of melancholy that for how long does he have to bear the degradations which he has to suffer during the occupation? And when will these insults come to an end and the standard of truth raised upon the world?
"Where is the unites of the companions of virtue and divine pleasure?"
"Where is the Avenger of the blood of prophets and the children of the Prophets?"
"Where is the seeker of revenge for the blood of the martyred ones of Karbala?"
Undoubtedly, Imam (a.s.) must be weeping in sadness when he reaches this sentence. The murderers of Bam Israel used to slay up to seventy prophets in one night yet they got respite. But the tragedy of Karbala was the culmination of atrocities by the accursed Yazeed. The like of which is not to be found in the history of mankind. We all weep when these incidents are related to us by the fallible speakers. But the infallible Imam (a.s.) himself witnesses the carnage with his tear-filled eyes. He (Imam (a.s.)) says in Ziaarat-e-Nahiya:
"Then O my oppressed grandfather! Certainly I will wail for you morning and evening and I shed tears of blood for you."
Doubtlessly the prime objective of Imam-e-Zarnan (a.s.) is to avenge the blood of Imam Husain (a.s.).
'Where is the Triumphant one (who will overcome) over one who transgressed against him and maligned him ?"
"Where is the distressed one who will be answered when he supplicates?"
It is clear from this sentence that the 'distressed one' mentioned in the following verse of Quran is Imam Mahdi (a.s.):
"Or, who answers the distressed one when he calls upon Him..."
    (Surah Naml, Verse 62)
And he is constantly praying to Allah for us. When a common person is compelled to express pity upon the deplorable condition of the present Islam and Muslims then how much aggrieved will be that Imam who is aware of all the happenings, whether apparent or not?
"Where is the president of all creatures, who is both the beneficent and God fearing?"
"Where is the son of the chosen (al-Mustafa) Prophet and the son of Ali-al-Murtuza?"
"And the son of Khadijat-ul-Gharra (the Luminous), and the son of Fatematul-Kubra (the Great)?
In this brief article we have discussed only those sentences of Dua Nudba which speak exclusively about Imam Mahdi (a.s.) After pondering over these we derive some conclusions. Foremost being that if we wish that the reappearance of Imam Mahdi (a.s.) be hastened then we must recite the Dua every Friday. But it should not be only mechanical. We should recite in as if our beloved is away from us and we are restless due to his separation. In fact the purity of intention and constancy is necessary. The reappearance of Imam (a.s.) will not be only by wishing and praying. But it should be accompanied by pure intention and good deeds.
Another point that is derived is that when Imam Mahdi (a.s.) will reappear he will put an end to all kinds of injustice, oppression, falsehood, tyranny, shamelessness and devilish deeds. He will fill the earth with justice and equity. So, if any of us has any of these bad qualities we must try to correct ourselves immediately. Because Imam (a.s.) will strictly apply the divine commands and would spare none.
The third important thing is that the companions or the helpers of Imam Mahdi (a.s.) could be only those who are pious, who offer prayers regularly, follow the teachings of the Quran and obey Allah. If we do not possess these qualities then there is no place for us in the camp of the Qaem-e-Ale Muhammad (Imam Mahdi (a.s.)).
Let us then resolve that we shall pray night and day for the reappearance of Imam Mahdi (a.s.). We shall do everything which takes us nearer to the Imam (a.s.). And avoid all such acts which would take us away from our Master Imam Mahdi (a.s.). So if we ponder upon this we would realize that there is no one who cares for us except this benevolent Imam. We should not dissatisfy him with our deeds. Because if our Imam (a.s.) turns away from us (disregards us) then we shall have no shelter.

People have self satisfaction when they see a "like" or when people comment like "you're cute" "gorgeous" "beautiful" some need the attention because they don't have love and affection at home or people who should show love and care for them but don't.  So they end up putting themselves in public on FB and IH to gain some sort of gratification.
