    Salam Alaykum
    Ayt. Sistani's view is:
If the amount of alcohol in food and drinks is very little like 2% it is pure and you are also permitted to eat or drink such food and drinks.
All kinds of alcohol (whether extracted from wood or other sources) is pure, not najis. So, the medicines, the perfumes, and the food containing alcohol are pure and can be used. It is also permissible to eat such food if the amount of alcohol is very minute, e.g., 2%.  www.sistani.org

Besides, since you weren't aware of the alcohol in the beverage you're not sinful and therefore not regarded to be like the one who drinks alcohol deliberately (شارب الخمر); which means you're not expected to repent (even if it's always great to ask for Allah's forgiveness.) and your prayer inshallah will be accepted.

    It shows that Allah (s.w.t.) loves you infinitely that He showed you the right path because He wanted you to be in His team;
    وَ الله يَهْدي‏ مَنْ‏ يَشاءُ إِلى‏ صِراطٍ مُسْتَقيمٍ
"And Allah guides whomever He wishes to a straight path." (the Qur'an 2:213)

    Bismillah.
    Salaam.
Allah's mercy is infinite and He is eagerly waiting sinners to turn back to Him. So every sin, including Shirk that is the greatest sin, is forgivable and that way of forgiveness is repentance (Tawbah).
Here are some verses in this regard, hope to be helpful:
    قُلْ يا عِبادِيَ الَّذينَ أَسْرَفُوا عَلى‏ أَنْفُسِهِمْ لا تَقْنَطُوا مِنْ رَحْمَةِ اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ جَميعاً إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحيمُ
"Say [that Allah declares,]"O My servants who have committed excesses against their own souls, do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed Allah will forgive all sins. Indeed He is the All-forgiving, the All-merciful." (39:53)
    وَ اسْتَغْفِرُوا رَبَّكُمْ ثُمَّ تُوبُوا إِلَيْهِ إِنَّ رَبِّي رَحيمٌ وَدُود

"Plead with your Lord for forgiveness, then turn to Him penitently. My Lord is indeed all-merciful, all-affectionate."(11:90)

Can Allah forgive one who has wronged his religion for instance said "I'm not a Muslim anymore" out of anger , does he have to fast , give food or do anything in order to gain forgiveness?

Its best to make up the prayers that you've missed but if you can't remember how many you've missed/not practised before, its best to seek forgiveness from Allah (swt) and intend to be consistent with your prayers from now on.

    Bismillah.
    Salaam.

    Follow these steps, please:
1- Calculate your Qadha prayers and estimate it! Then get the minimum number that you are sure your Qadha prayers are not less than that.
2- Do Qadha for every prayer after every prayer you are doing daily for example at the time of morning prayer recite two morning prayers and do the same for all your prayers; after a while you see that you've compensated a lot without hardship.
3- In the days that you are not working – like holidays and weekends and the month of Ramadhan – you can recite more than other days.
4- You can omit Mustahabbāt (recommended actions not obligatory ones) like Adhān, ʼiqāmah, Qunūt and etc. from Qadha prayer.

In this case you can make a rough estimate in your head then make the intention of trying to perform double (if possible) that amount, just to be sure.
If you fall short of your intended goal and pass away, Allah will take your sincerity and intention to fulful your obligation (for His sake) into account.

Zeinabibrahim reacted to Ali_Hussain in Can you pray with cat fur on your clothes
It is an issue of taqlid.
    Sayed Sistani:
Question: What is your ruling about cat's hair on a person's dress during salat?
Answer: Cat's hair does not invalidate prayer.
    http://www.sistani.org/english/qa/01162/

But I believe the majority opinion is that it is not permissible to pray with cat hair on your clothes.

This is about drinking alchohol, not about touching it.
It is narrated by the Ahlulbayt [AS] that your prayers won't be accepted for 40 days if you drink alchohol.
So this has nothing to do with tahara or najasa either.

salam i think the fatwa might be misleading if it is cited like this though it is correct. Some who are new to Islam may think that drinking alcohol following to its being pure is Halal ,too.
    http://www.sistani.org/english/qa/01123/
According to Grand Ayatullah Sistani alcohol is taher (ritually clean) but it is not permissible to drink it. Using perfume and medicines mixed with alcohol is permissible.

I'm a young Muslim girl who knows my wrong and rights, Alhamdulillah I don't drink smoke or anything.
My brother brought a Bundaberg pineapple and coconut sparkling drink, I checked the ingredients it dosnt show any alcohol ingredient, as I was drinking it one of my friends tell me that it has alcohol in it, I searched it up online and found out that they have 0.5% alcohol in their drinks. I'm confused, am I nejes? Do I have to make ghussul or is their anything I could do? Do I throw away the drinks? Is 0.5% something that is haram? Someone help please?
