If there is only one male follower, it is Mustahab that he stands at the right hand side of Imam, and if there is only one female follower, she will stand in the same direction, but slightly behind so that when she goes to Sajdah, her head is in line with Imam's knees. If there is one male, and one or more females in the congregation, the male will position himself to the right of Imam, and the females will all stand behind Imam. If you are a muqallid of Ayatollah Sistani then wudhu is not necessary after performing mustahab ghusl also i.e you can pray without doing wudhu if you have performed ghusls deemed mustahab according to Ayatollah Sistani. 653. After having taken the Mustahab Ghusl listed in rule no. 651, one can perform acts (e.g. prayers) for which Wudhu is necessary. However, Ghusl performed with the Niyyat of 'Raja' do not not suffice for Wudhu (i.e. Wudhu has to be performed). MUSTAHAB GHUSLS according to Ayatollah Sistani: 651. In Islam, several Ghusls are Mustahab. Some of them are listed below: Ghusl-e-Jumuah: Its prescribed time is from Fajr to sunset, but it is better to perform it near Zuhr. If, however, a person does not perform it till noon, he can perform it till dusk without a Niyyat of either performing it on time or as Qadha. And if a person does not perform his Ghusl on Friday it is Mustahab that he should perform the Qadha of Ghusl on Saturday at any time between dawn and dusk. And if a person knows that it will not be possible for him to procure water for his Ghusl on Friday he can perform the Ghusl on Thursday with the Niyyat of Raja', that is, as a desirable act. And it is Mustahab to recite the following supplication while performing Friday Ghusl: 'Ash hadu an la ilaha il lal lahu wahdahu la sharika lah wa ash hadu anna Muhammadan 'abduhu wa Rasuluh. Alla humma salli 'ala Muhammadin wa Ali Muhammad waj'alni minat tawwabina waj'alni minal mutatahhirin. (I testify that there is none to be worshipped but Allah alone, Who has no associate and Muhammad is His servant and Messenger. O Allah! Bless Muhammad and his Progeny. And make me one of those who are repentant and pure). Taking baths on the 1st and 17th nights and in the earlier part of the 19th, 21st, 23rd nights and 24th night of the holy month of Ramadhan. Ghusl on Eidul Fitr day and Eidul Azha day. The time of this Ghusl is from Fajr up to sunset. It is, however, better to perform it before Eid prayers. Ghusl on the 8th and 9th of the month of Dhul-Hijj. As regards the bathing on the 9th of Dhul-Hijj it is better to perform it at noon-time.   5. When the ground is slippery,the chances of slipping increases exponentially. Although Ahle kitab i.e Christians,Jews etc are pak according to Ayatollah Sistani.(But you cannot eat meat cooked by them unless you are sure that it is halal) http://www.sistani.org/english/qa/01120/ If you can find another place to live then it is better for you else you can check the above link and act accordingly.If you feel that you will fall in to sinning than you MUST look for other accomodations.

Looking at your question,the answer is that divorce has not happened becuase merely saying "I divorce you" is not enough.There are some conditions for divorce i.e there must be two aadil witnesses,by adil means that they do not sin openly,for example they should not omit prayers intentionally and openly,they must have beards etc. Question: Is it necessary that there be two witnesses when the formula of divorce is being recited?   7. http://www.duas.org/ashura/z_ashura.htm 1)When you are reciting the Ziyarat daily niyyat is already there in your heart.But if you want to verbally utter it then also there is no problem. 2)Ofcourse you can gift the sawab to Narjis khataoon s.a and then pray to Allah through her wasila. 3)It is better to be in the state of wudhu,ghusl etc but not necessary. 4) In the link that I have posted you will find the recommended procedure but you can recite laans etc only once also but it is better to do it in recommended way. We pray to Allah through wasila of masoomeen a.s that you fare well in your exams and become an expert in your field InshaAllah and serve humanity as a whole and our community specially.

  9. Dear brother thats the point.People who talk against Marjas have very weak reasonigs to support their case.And yes in "Ahtiyat e wajib" one can refer to next most knowledgeable Mujtahid.

Even if someone deactivates his/her account then also the feeling of attachment is still there.People who use Fb know this.There is a big difference between deleting and deactivating.I know that the reasoning for this will be like-if someone deleted his/her account in some kind of rush or in a moment of heat then this gives an option to such people. But admins should conduct a poll on this, seriously and take the decision on popular and most logical reasonings.Or it has been done already?

Ok this seems reasonable.But can the developers make such a system in which If someone wants to report any posts he/she could click on some link and all the details of the user who posted it along with its screenshot was then send to concerned people. Why I am insisting on giving people freedom to delete their posts whenever they like?Because there are sometimes when people post their beliefs/views that they regard absolutely right but are actually far from the truth.After introspection or guidance from some people they change their beliefs/views and now they want to detach and forget those posts without letting people(i.e admins/moderators) to know their earlier beliefs and views.

  13. I have some questions regarding the whole discussion: 1)How does one compare rulings of two marjas and choose the better one? What principles he/she follows? And how does he/she found these principles? 2)Were people in the time of our holy Imams a.s were not poor? Can someone say that (mazALLAH) imams neglected their duties? 3)How does one know that his aqeeda is better than the Ulmas? How does one compares his/her views with those of Ulmas?
