  1. In the Name of the Most High Salam Alaykom, "Sadr and Khomaini had a different idea. They believed in standing up and making your voice heard, including constructive critisizm of the hawza, which others felt as almost a great felony." Well that is true, alot our scholars were and are like this. May Allah reward them all Inshallah. I guess then that when someone says something about Iran, people also consider it a "great felony" as we have seen in past posts. Some people, not only scholars but also ordinary Muslims want to stand up and "make their voices heard" as our past and present scholars do, not to create a "great felony" as some people suggest, but as "constructive criticism". Thus, when something wrong does happen in Iran, people should be able to make "constructive criticism" and make their voices heard, just as Imam Ali a.s. would address all the problems of his people and would listen to their problems. Therefore, people should see no differnce between making "constructive criticism" on the Hawzahs and Iran. We should also keep in mind the following saying: The Holy Prophet said: "There are two groups of my Ummah that when they are pious, my Ummah will be upright and when they are immoral my Ummah will be corrupt." The Messenger of Allah was asked who they were, and he answered: "The religious scholars and rulers." Obviously people know the difference when someone is making criticism to bring down our religion. However its unfortunate that when someone (normal Muslims and scholars) does make "constructive criticism", they are seen to be against Iran, considered a traitor.....and Allah knows best, what esle happens. And from among you there should be a party who invite to good and enjoin what is right and forbid the wrong, and these it is that shall be successful. 'Al-i-'lmran, No. 3, verse 104 The Holy Prophet said: "The one who sees a wrong action done should prohibit it by his deed, if he is capable, of course; and if he cannot do that, he should prohibit it by his tongue, but if he is not able to do even that, he may forbid it by his heart." Wasa'il-ush-Shi'ah, vol. 16, p. 135 Inshallah, we as just Muslims and Shia will prohibit "wrong" wherever it may occur....whether USA, Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia or even Iran. Pls recite recite Surah Al-Fatiha for the Shaheed Ayatuallah Baqir AlSadr and for all our scholars May Allah guide us all, Inshallah Fiemaneallah Wasalam
