"They" also believe Umar and some other Sahaba too, innovated.
They're the biggest innovators themselves. They created the "saved sect" nearly 1400 years late and all the unfortunate Muslims who lived prior to that, belong in Hell apparently.
    In short "they" are delusional.

excuse me, i think sunnilove2hussein was just giving the reason why sunnis still believe umar was correct, he COULD have been giving an explanation, NOT necessarily supporting him, DONT ATTACK HIM, i swear th moment a sunni goes like i want to com towards the shia faith, instead of being welcoming some us of go like yeah bout time you got here??!! is that some way to welcome someone??? or attacking someone without even knowing the intention of their statment, instead of praying our enemies to be guided, all we do is curse the nigerian army , curse this curse that, curse the people in america??? instead of asking for them to be guided, this is ridiculous. we should fix this

Well, we do not accept the authenticity of their reports, anyway, except those that are corroborated through reliable ahadith in the Shi'i books. And, surely, that accusation against Amir al-Muminin, 'alaihi al-salam, is a lie.

Ibn Baz was not even calling it a "good" bid'ah. He declared it a "Sunnah" despite admitting that it was 'Uthman who "innovated" it. And, his association of Imam 'Ali with that bid'ah is weird. However, it is the Sunni religion. You never get the last surprise from it.

People will excuse it 'a good bid'ah' I presume.
Hhhmmm it is a bit strange about Imam Ali (as)...
Is it Sunnah to pray two rakats when you first enter the masjid and before the adhan? That was something recommended to me when I used to go to a Sunnah madjid as well as just after the adhan.

What you are saying - in effect - is that 'Uthman and Imam 'Ali, 'alaihi al-salam, were SUPERIOR to Prophet Muhammad, sallallahu 'alaihi wa aalihi. Prophet Muhammad himself did NOT have the authority to "innovate" anything into the religion:
    قُلْ مَا كُنتُ بِدْعًا مِّنَ الرُّسُلِ وَمَا أَدْرِي مَا يُفْعَلُ بِي وَلَا بِكُمْ إِنْ أَتَّبِعُ إِلَّا مَا يُوحَىٰ إِلَيَّ وَمَا أَنَا إِلَّا نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ
Say (O Muhammad SAW):"I am not a new thing among the Messengers (of Allah) (i.e. I am not the first Messenger) nor do I know what will be done with me or with you. I only follow that which is revealed to me, and I am but a plain warner."
    Qur'an 46:9
But, according to you, 'Uthman was not bound to follow what was revealed from Allah. He was free to "innovate" things into the religion and follow his innovations.

Erdogan Says It's Russia That Must Be Held Accountable for All Deaths in Syrian Civil War
Turkish president makes an absolutely appalling accusation in Senegal, blaming his nation's crimes on the nation that stopped them
There is a fifth dimension, beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call the Twilight Zone. - Rod Serling
The Twilight Zone is also where the president of Turkey lives, or at least one would think so.
In an absolutely outrageous scene, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan actually blamed Russia - publicly - for the deaths of up to 400,000 people in Syria over the course of the last five years.
This amazing statement comes from a man who more than any other party on earth is directly responsible for the ISIS horror show that has tormented, defiled, and butchered a once-peaceful nation to further his own insidious 'Neo-Ottoman' objectives.
While visiting his counterpart in Senegal this week, and ostensibly with a straight face, the Turkish tyrant stated that, ' Russia must be held accountable for the people it has killed within Syria's borders. By cooperatiing with the regime, the number of people they have killed has reached 400,000.'
Erdogan for some reason forgot to mention that he was directly responsible for facilitating the flow of ISIS terrorists into Syria from countries all over the world and arming them to the teeth in order to wage an unholy war on a peaceful neighbor whose greatest crime against him was a desire to be his friend.
He also forgot to mention that he was directly responsible for committing the heinous war crime of gassing Syrian civilians in order to manipulate Obama's idiotic 'red line' remarks about the use of chemical weapons.
He also forgot to mention how his son was directly responsible for running a smuggling operation that transported hundreds of millions, if not billions, of dollars of stolen Syrian oil that he sold to the Israelis and which served as the main source of funding for the greatest terror group in world history.
He also forgot to mention how his daughter was directly responsible for operating a secret ISIS hospital on the Turkish side of the border where terrorists would go to heal their wounds, rest up, and return back to resume their slaughter of the Syrian people.
Erdogan was also directly responsible for providing shelter and a free zone of operation on his territory for the 'Free Syrian Army' back in 2011. And it was Istanbul where he hosted the 'opposition' in order to plan its war against the Syrian people and its legitimate government.
Erdogan also offered his territory to serve as the conduit through which a large portion of Gaddafi's arsenal (after he was lynched) was funneled into Syria eventually ending up in the hands of the al-Qaeda-linked terrorists in Syria - the so-called 'rat line' (which incidentally led to the murder of US ambassador Christopher Stevens in Benghazi).
All of this is to say nothing of the mass exodus of 'refugees' which he is directly responsible for (God only knows how many of whom are sadistic terrorists fleeing a lost cause) who are currently assaulting and raping their way around Europe, and of whom a cell has already perpetrated a mass killing in France.
But President Erdogan - a man absolutely and indisputably guilty of mass murder, rape, pillage, plunder, torture, and enslavement on a epic scale - stands as shameless as ever. Worse still, he somehow manages to muster enough temerity to get in front of the cameras and tell the world that not only are his crimes not his fault; but rather, they are the fault of the very man who intervened to stop them.
What can one say about such madness? What can one say about, or even to, a man who lies in such a nakedly-offensive and sickening manner?

Don't be so typically dumb, Sunni. We have mutawatir ahadith which command us to compare ahadith with the Qur'an (for compatibility) before accepting them. The ahadith clearly refer to the Qur'an in our hands, and they affirm its truth and absolutely purity. So, what is that bull**** you are spewing?
Also, do not be so typically idiotic. When your brothers bombed the Shi'ah in Saudi Arabia last Friday, which prayer were the latter performing? 'Eid?!

Skanderbeg reacted to Noor al Batul in Why Moses(pbuh) followed prophet Khid'r (pbuh) in some cases?
    Salam, brother.

Abu `Ali al-Ash`ari from Muhammad b. `Abd al-Jabbar from Muhammad b. Isma`il from `Ali b. an-Nu`man from Suwayd al-Qalla’ from Abu Ayyub from Abu Baseer from Abu Ja`far عليه السلام. He said: Allah عز وجل has two types of knowledge: one is that which no one knows but He, and the other is that which He taught His angels and His messengers. Whatever He taught His angels and His messengers عليهم السلام we also know it. (al-Kafi, Volume 1, hadith 656) (sahih) (صحيح) (taken from Br. Qa'im's blog)
So, in the end, it all comes back to Allah, the All-Knowing. His chosen ones know whatever He wants them to know, and since we have ahadith telling us that the prophet already knew how al-Husayn [a] would die, it is not so surprising that al-Husayn [a], himself, as his grandfather's successor and Allah's chosen one would know, as well. It does not really contradict the notion that they had limitations - because their knowledge comes from Allah.

    Let's not forget this either...
Lubina was a female slave of Mumil bin Habib. Amin Dawidar writes in his book, Pictures From the Life of the Prophet (Cairo, Egypt, 1968), that Umar bin al-Khattab, the future khalifa of the Muslims, tortured her, and whenever he paused, he said: “I have not stopped beating you out of pity. I have stopped because I am exhausted.” He resumed beating her after he had rested. Abu Bakr bought her and set her free.
Zunayra was another female slave. When she declared her faith in Islam, Umar ibn al-Khattab, and Abu Jahl, took turns in torturing her until she became blind. Amin Dawidar states that many years later she recovered her sight, and the Quraysh attributed this recovery to the “sorcery” of Muhammad. Abu Bakr bought her and set her free.
There is only one figure in Islamic history that I loathe the most and that is Umar...Muawiya and Yazid are in second place.

Another time Umar coughed when he was getting his hair cut, and the barber urinated on himself because of fear. There was also a time when a pregnant woman was summoned to him and when she saw Umar her fear caused her to have a miscarriage. I'm not sure about the truth of these statements, so they might be rumors.

Propaganda to strengthen the position of Umar.

The fact that women were afraid of Umar doesn't mean that he was closer to God than the Prophet s.a.w.

I once read a narration that women urinated out of fear for Umar when he was approaching them or passing by.

The person you see in the video made ziyara to Imam hussein [as], and he experienced something that cured him. You seem him trying to stand and talk during the beginning of the video, you then after a while see him talking like a normal person at 27:37 wearing his glasses.
    at 27:37 ..
someone asks him: "How were you before abu fadhl abbas appeared to you?"
The man: " I was mute, deaf, blind, and paralyzed."
    The asker: "Allahu akbar."
The man: "my hands were disabled and this hand was like this(he shows him his left hand), ok?"
    The asker: "Ok."
The man: "Alhamdulilah with Allah's permission by the Ahlul bayt [as] my hand was able to move, my voice came to me and my eyes, do you see them? They are open and I can see everything."
The asker: "Who appeared to you?"
The man: " Abu fadhl abbas [as], Imam hussein [as], Imam Ali [as], and the Prophet [saw]."
The asker: "Can you tell us how you were?"
The man :" I felt as if I was dead and I was in the sky, and I was waiting for the angels, for azrael to take my soul, the prophet [saw] returned me to my bed and kissed me on my head, they all kissed me. Then the prophet [saw] said to me that  "I am the messenger of Allah and the beloved of Allah and you are my beloved, you have seen me five times and this is the sixth time you have seen me, you shall only see me once more after this, when you see me next it will be me and you with Allah's permission entering paradise."
    End Translation.
He then goes on to say that he is a Sunni but he loves and believes in Allah, his messenger, and the Imams from ahlul bayt [as], and that he prayed to Allah for the good of the Ummah and that Allah would give assistance to the resistance against its enemies, whether they are Muslim or Non-Muslim.

Yes, brother. That is absolutely true cos we cannot doubt Allah's Justice. If your heart is "Qalb e Saleem" (A pure heart). Allah's rahma would definately reach you.
The problem does not lie in what you do not know. The problem lies in what you know, but refuse to acknowledge it.
Lets say for example, a person knows the truth about Ahlelbayt, the pure progeny of Muhammad SAW (how they were mistreated and killed unjustly), and still, that person refused to acknowledge the truth of what happened.... That person refused to sympathize... Don't you think he/she is being hypocritical?
If we know about the tragedy that befell on Ahlelbayt, arent we expected to at least, feel sympathetic towards them? Remember they were treated so badly as if they were not the progeny of our beloved Rasul (SAW).
Are we expected to be quiet about this? As if nothing happened? As if Imam Hussein's pure head was not chopped off? As if the bodies of those 73 martyrs were not molested? As if syeda zahra's ribs were not broken? As if Bibi Zeynab's coverings were not removed? Why is it that uptill today, nobody can tell where exactly Bibi Fatemah lies? Does it not prove that something must have gone wrong in history?
I think if one dies without knowing all these (like some of our innocent sunni brothers and sisters), Allah's rahma would definately reach them. Because in reality, they were innocent, God fearing, humble human beings and they strived hard to be best in piety and character...only that they never knew the truth.
What if you know the truth? But pretends as if nothing happened. Don't u see it as a different story?
May Allah guide us, bless us, and give us the ability to acknowledge the truth in all circumstance. Jzk khair
