  1. In times like this, i'm reminded of the Quranic verse: O ye who believe! If a wicked person comes to you with any news, ascertain the truth, lest ye harm people unwittingly, and afterwards become full of repentance for what ye have done. The Dailymail is the Misdaq (prototype) of a wicked individual...it is a tabloid press which smears people based on the flimsiest of things. First it was Shaykh Farrokh, then Shaykh Hamza, now Shaykh Zayd... I'm not dissapointed at the gays or the tabloid press because they are doing what they do. I am dissapointed in some who call themselves Shias for believing everything they hear without following the precepts of the Quran. If the Shias keep this up and don't show a united front...they won't be left with any scholars to defend them in a few years time.
  2. After posting a few years ago....i'm back to call out Ali, the owner of shiachat. Remember how i said this filth would be a stain on Islam and how you were defending him after having invited him to your center? Remember how you said you wanted to invite him again? There you....enjoy. Or perhaps you still like him and want to invite him to your center again?
  3. Ali: Does this guy have to run around naked in public for you to condemn him? I really don't get it....he's done straight up kufr. It doesn't get any clearer than this. Yet, still you defend him? I'm having a very hard time understanding this. If its a Shirazi/Tatbir issues, then why don't you pick some other person like Yasir Habib. At least he has some proper hawza credentials and doesn't commit Kufr from time to time. Pick Allahyari....pick Obama...all of them are better candidates... Honestly...why do you support this person and keep inviting him to your masjid after all of this proof. Proof posted by himself on his own twitter and facebook. You are definitely going to have to answer for this corrupt individual on the Day of Judgement. He may be corrupt...but its people like you who enable the corruption and allow it to spread...
  4. And this is how people allow corruption to grow and spread... When i see things like this i understand more and more how Abu Bakr and Umar seized power. When a con man puts on the turban, speaks words of straight up kufr and people defend him...then imagine what someone of a little more intelligence can do...
  5. Salaam Allaikum, I personally know Tawhidi and i've even attended some classes with him in Qum. Due to the situation at hand, i feel obligated to speak out about who he was and what he did when he was here as a student. He arrived here in Qum around 5 years ago. When he arrived, he began to learn farsi in the pre hawza program that they have; it serves as a sort of filter and you learn the necessary language of the country. He ended up being kicked out of that school (its called the Al Mahdi Language School) after a few months. He failed a necessary exam three times and so he was asked to leave. There were also issues with him acting inappropriately with na mahram women. Both the test failures and his various misadventures played a role in his being asked to immediately leave. One of the reasons why the pre hawza program exists here is to serve precisely as a filter for various undesirable students. While he was here...he also took certain anti psychotic medication (which is not a problem in itself...some people do have various illnesses and we shouldnt judge them solely for that). At the same time, i feel that perhaps his mental issues play a role in his behavior today. Anyways...after he was kicked out, he immediately put on his turban (he had been in iran for only 4 or 5 months at this point) and talked his way into admittance at other schools. He was admitted to one school called Aal al-Bayt but he was kicked out after a year for lack of attendance and misconduct. He entered another school, where he was again kicked out. This happened again until he was simply asked to leave the city itself. He then found his way to karbala and is there now. I can't speak of his level of studies or his behavior now at Karbala but he was known as an extremely corrupt individual here in Qum. If you wish...you can ask any of the western brothers and they will all corroborate fully what i've said. Some of them frequent Shiachat from time to time. This is an extremely corrupt individual and i advise everyone to stay away from him. His expulsion from the hawza in Qum and the statements he's been busy making should be enough for people to understand who and what he is. Wasalaam.

His expulsion from the hawza in Qum and the statements he's been busy making should be enough for people to understand who and what he is. In addition to the brother who said that Qum or the Hawza has taken a turn for the worst, I will have to respectfully disagree with this. Individuals like Tawhidi are con-men who have always existed and will always continue to exist. There is a strict procedure here in Qum for the wearing of the Libas (the turban) and students typically study for 4-5-6 or even 10 years before putting it on. Some never do, feeling that they are not qualified. So corrupt individuals always exist and we should be on the watch for them, turban or no turban... Wasalaam.
  7. Salaam Allaikum, I am certain it was his account... He was posting pictures of himself daily at some points. He was also known for saying the kinds of things that he was posting on those accounts (it was no secret to anyone who knew him here). He is someone that is personally known to me. To go in front of the shrine of Imam Hussain (a) and try to mislead people is an enormity in my eyes. In addition, he was kicked out of the pre hawza program that they have...so he has no right to be wearing the clothing of the scholars. He put those clothes on about 2-3 months after being kicked out of the program here in Qum. He was kicked out of 2 more programs before packing his bags and leaving for karbala. Unfortunately, we all have to be wary of imposters; they have always existed and will always exist. Inshallah Allah will expose them for who they are and neutralize the danger that they pose to the people. In the meantime, we the people have to be careful and make sure that others do no fall into their trap.
  8. Salaam Allaikum, As far as brother tawhidi is concerned...there was a previous thread on him in SC but it was deleted (most probably by the owner of this site as he's a big supporter of his). He is frankly lying in his video about not having a twitter/fb. He uses clever language in the video to say that he does not have any FB/Twitter accounts 'right now' which was technically true at the time since he had taken both of them down. Irregardless of his clever use of language, the previous accounts did belong to him and he would update them daily/weekly with pictures of himself in various places. So even though what he said was technically true, his intent was clearly to deceive people into thinking that he had no such accounts. This is a lie in my book. Its unfortunate that people like this exist but we have always had imposters...from the very beginning of Islamic history until today. We should be aware of their existence and deny them the ability to speak on behalf of Islam.
  9. Salam Allaikum, Ghiba only counts amongst those who are Mumins and believers. It is allowed to spread information about those whose intent is corruption in order to warn the people not to be fooled by them.
  10. 'So he made it onto Hadi TV?' He did a few programs there until he was kicked out. Basically, this guy has something like a world record for getting into places and then immediately being kicked out. It doesn't take long to figure out who and what he is... The only place he's still welcome is Sayyid Shirazi's office. The main issue with individuals such as this are that they give ammunition to the Wahhabis that we Shias are in fact deviants and kafirs. For example, someone on twitter had posted the following in regards to Tawhidi: Abu Al-Baik's Twitter pic (@M_Ullah) [FOLLOW] This tawhidi fella isn't an ignorant Shi'ite, he's clearly spent time with their big scholars. 11. Brother Ali: Here is more from the twitter account of the individual you supported: Brother Tawhidi ‏@BrotherTawhidi17m If Omar was ready to murder Fatima (a.s) in such a method. Then I believe he was also ready in putting his head in his fathers bottom. Expand Reply Retweet Favorite More [*] Brother Tawhidi ‏@BrotherTawhidi32m If they were to give having sex on a camel a name, it would be called "Position Aisha".
  12. Salaam Allaikum, If he's suitable for marriage (in terms of being religious and with good akhlaq, etc...) then it shouldn't be a problem per se. Try to speak to your parents though and smooth out any issues...that would be best. Usually these things are over misunderstandings....with persistent talking and dialogue they should be resolved inshallah
  13. Amazing....so you are a real person but i'm not. Therefore whatever you say is 'proof' and whatever i say is 'unverified'. Yet Al Mufeed knows me and can vouch for my veracity. But i suppose for a person bent on supporting this individual (whose shirk is clear and evident) that won't be good enough....the only person who is reliable on this website is you. Let me ask you....how do you know who Tawhidi is. Did you ask him where he studied? Did you ask him how long he studied? And did he provide you with proof? Did he show you letters from his teachers...letters from the hawza vouching that he was who he was? Simply because he said that he was working at a certain office you found him to be a scholar worthy of inviting to your center? In reality, my proof is first hand knowledge, while your proof is second hand knowledge at best. Why are you so ready to support this individual inspite of all the verbal and written proof which you yourself have acknowledged? His Kufr is manifest...what else do we need to disown someone and ban him from the minbar? What more do you need to say this individual is deviant? According to your standards someone could commit the most henious of sins and they would still be suitable as a scholar and a caller to Islam simply because 'they are young'??? Yet the standards of being a Muslim are more stringent than your standards of who a scholar can be. If an individual made Kufr based statements his Islam would be at stake...yet this individual is not only a pious Muslim who you will pray behind...but he is a worthy scholar capable to teaching you? Is there anything more frightening than this? Anyways you are now responsible for whatever evil comes from this individual. I simply ask that you at least not alter my posts to make it seem like i'm saying something i'm not. Either delete them or leave them as they are....do not alter them.
  14. Inquisitor: Yes....i know him personally, as he attended some classes that i was in (even though he only showed up a handful of times during the year...thats one of the reasons he was eventually kicked out of my school)
