El-Ketab got a reaction from Fatima Hussain in Are Ismaili muslims?
They arent "hiding" something. Its just that non Ismailis dont get into jamatkhana during dua. I can explain more if you have questions. But why would you really want in? You can usually go in as long as no prayers are being said, but only Ismailis are allowed during dua. Ismailis dont do salat like you. Its a different dua said while sitting on the ground and not facing mekka. So there's no point in a non Ismaili praying in there.

Actually I will have to ask if your a shia? Because tahreef was indeed an early view of tashayyu, so is the belief in Ahlulbayt being Allah manifest. So really the question should be aimed at you...

oh be quiet already, i have never done such a thing. You generally are a liar and a racist, and I've let you off the hook one too many times with your filth spreading.
Thankfully, enough evidence have been gathered from your posts to prove this.

I don't care if only 1 jew remains on earth, we don't mix Zionism with Judaism on this site. you are suspended.

El-Ketab reacted to Ali Musaaa :) in Some Vital Questions Regarding Hazrat Ali.
    1. This was not something introduced by the Prophet . You do not need to acknowledge Ali as the Wali of Allah to enter Islam, but if you want to be amongst the Shī'a, then you are required to accept his authority (Wilaya).

    2. This was something added much later. The Bilal did not recite the Imam's name in the Adhaan in the time of the Prophet and we have authentic hadiths from later Imams telling us the words of the adhaan and the mention of Ali is absent.

Throughout history Shī'a have introduced and added many things that do not seem to be a reflection of the Prophetic teachings nor the teachings of the Imams from the Ahl al-bayt [as]

You aren't allowed to do Taqleed for issues relating to `Aqeeda, so we all are requried to use our intellect to arrive at the most sound conclusion from examining the available material (sources).

This is the absolute truth, our holy prophet never stepped foot in that city..More shia that don't read their own books..
    Ayyashi and qummi prove this..
Something that's real funny is that someone had the audasity to deny the satanic verses incident in our books after listening to ammar nakshawani,
Sorry to burst your bubble but mr. Ammar was using taqiyyah on you, cause its in tafsir qummi plain as day!
That's my point about people not reading their own books...

The mosque known as al-Aqsa (hint, hint: it's not really al-Aqsa, it is just a mosque that Omar built onto a pile of garbage.  Real al-Aqsa is in heaven.  Read the Quran -_- ) has been reopened.

Except for that one racially inferior guy. I agree with Repenter, it doesn't take a genius to see his posts are just the ranting of a mad-man.
On a serious note, Hamza, Jerusalem is our Qibla! It's the holiest site in the world to us. Why does Islam have this trend of denying other religions their holy sites? The Hagia Sofia in Turkey, the Ram Janmabhoomi in India, etc etc. Heck, Jews still wouldn't be allowed to pray at the Cave of Machpelah if Israel hadn't changed that. Can you imagine that? We were banned from praying at our own family's gravesite! If our Temple were rebuilt, Muslims could pray there if they so desired, but currently it's forbidden for a Jew to even whisper a prayer on the Temple Mount (because Islam for some reason forbids this).

I'm not annoying! Although, I'm sure my very existence deeply annoys you. Just out of curiosity, are you an American convert to Islam? You quoted Nazi and KKK literature in other threads, which is rather odd for a Muslim. Good luck with that "final solution".

El-Ketab reacted to Qa'im in Question About 3 Caliphs
The first three Caliphs are all rejected in twelver Shi`i Islam. We're often called the rawafid, which translates to "rejectionists" because of our refusal to recognize the legitimacy of the first three Caliphs as rulers. As for Abu Bakr, below are some of the reasons for his rejection:

    - We believe that the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) appointed his successor at Mount `Arafat and Ghadir Khumm: his cousin `Ali b. Abi Talib (as). Therefore, Abu Bakr's claim to Caliphate was an infringement on the rights of `Ali.

    - While `Ali and other companions were busy attending to the Prophet's washing and burial, Abu Bakr and `Umar went to Saqifa to seize the Caliphate. This is the meeting where the future of the Umma was decided, and it took place without the attendance of `Ali, nor was his opinion sought. `Ali did not recognize Abu Bakr's claim.

    - Abu Bakr took Fadak away from Fatima (as), which was the Prophet's gift to his daughter. She remained disgruntled with him until she died.

    - Abu Bakr launched a War of Apostasy upon the people who withdrew their zakat. It is of our view that many of those killed were simply Muslims who did not recognize Abu Bakr's Caliphate and therefore did not pay him their zakat. An example of this is the companion Malik b. Nuwayra. It is unrealistic for us to believe that those who simply refused to pay their zakat to the state (while still praying, fasting etc.) were apostates and enemies of Islam. Moreover, the war was launched immediately after Abu Bakr's inauguration; while zakat can be paid anytime during the year. Khalid b. Walid, who led the ridda campaigns, killed and raped many people.

    - `Umar's general coercive, violent, and hot-heated attitude can be observed in many instances. Some Sunnis take pride in this, but we do not see it as consistent with the spirit of Islam.

    - `Uthman is criticized for his division of khums amongst members of his family and tribe, and his exile and killing of Abu Dharr al-Ghifari.

While it is clear that Abu Bakr participated in many of the battles alongside the Prophet (pbuh), his actions as Caliph were unacceptable. In the view of the Shi`a, he had taken the rights and property away from Ahl al-Bayt, and killed people unjustly. Even companions like Bilal al-Habashi were unhappy with the affairs after the Prophet's death, and moved from Medina to Sham. There were also many companions who gave their bay`a to `Ali after the Prophet's death, such as Hudhayfa b. al-Yaman, Khuzayma b. Thabit, Sahl b. Hunayf, `Uthman b. Hunayf, al-Bara'a al-Ansari, Abu Dharr, al-Miqdad b. `Amr, Salman al-Farisi, `Abbas b. `Abd al-Muttalib, and others.

El-Ketab reacted to Saintly_Jinn23 in Inhumane Treatment Of Ayatollah Boroujerdi
Oh, boy, let me sum up how it's going to go down in this thread

anti-IRI posters will post a bunch of stuff about how Boroujerdi is a poor, helpless victim of conscience. When asked for sources. they'll post the same Amnesty International report again and again with no other sources (as if AI never gets anything wrong, right?) and reject any evidence of Boroujerdi being less than virtuous as regime propaganda.

Then the pro-IRI posters will start posting how nobody should care since he apparently said this or that, reject any allegations of torture in Iranian prisons (cause we all know that NEVER happens, right?) or, better yet, brush off the matter as unimportant since Boroujerdi is apparently not worthy of sympathy either way.

Then the thread will stop getting posts until somebody posts about it again next month.

We shouldn't muddle Ashura with our own agendas, it's the day to commemorate the tragedy of what happened to Imam Hussain and a day of sadness and mourning, it's not a day to further our own ideals and political messages. And we shouldn't mix it at all to such a point that we refer to the tenth day of Muharram as "anti-terrorism day" rather than as Ashura, the day of Imam Hussain's death.
