  1. (salam) hnadeir Credit card not Haram because of interest.
  2. (salam) Sadaf According to Islamic teaching we have three kinds of dreams: 1. A good news from God. 2. Bothering From Satan. 3. What we are thinking and seeing during the day and we saw them at night. (Mizan al-Hikma 4: 16) Just the first one can show us the future and tell us what we will do. But the second and the third one are confused dreams without any meaning. Maybe occurred to your mind that my dream is which of them? The answer is you have to refer to Real Islamic Scholars or Imams or Prophet. If you can't, which most of the time we can't, there are some signs to understand is our dream a good news from Allah or not. 1. When you have a good relationship with Allah. 2. If you see your dream in al-Sahar time (If you divide night in three part, the third part considered al-Sahar). 3. You aren't sick, too thirst, too hungry, too full or anything like these. Also the place you are is not so cold, hot or ... . But anyway, I myself - as it is suggested in our religion - never pay attention to my dreams! Instead Ahlulbayt command us to search, consult, think and rely on Allah and decide. It is better than a dream which it's source is not clear whether it's Satan or ... .
  3. (salam) 1. We can not say such and such country is religious and the people of such and such country are not irreligious. Because we are not aware of their intentions and ... . 2. But If we want to judge by their appearance and their acts we can divide iranian in some groups: a. Reach people: Most of the reach people are not religious in their appearance but they make Ma'atam and Majalis for Imam Husseyn and pay money for poor people, build Masjid and Huseyniyye and ... . b. Poor people: Most of them are religious. c. young people: Most of them are not religious in their appearance but in Muharram, Safar, Ramadan and ... they will participate in Majalis and they themselves help this majalis by sweeping, washing dishes, making food and ... . d. old people: it depends. But generally in my opinion Iranians are religious people even they aren't religious in their appearance (Hair, clothes and ...) because of these reasons: 1. Whenever you are talking about Ahlulbayt they will help them. In building the Holy shrine of Imams , In Arbaeen, In Ziyarat and pilgrimage of Iraq and Saudi Arabia and Lebanon and ... . 2. They face many problems because of the sanctions which is made by the U.S, Europe and ... but they persist on their behavior and beliefs in fighting against the cruel and colonizers. and ....
  4. (salam) Mehdy servent and Sadegh You are right. I made a mistake. Thank you lot.
  5. (salam) In Kaffarah you can't give it to the people in another city, while there are poor people in your city. With Dua, Muhsin
  6. (salam) As our brother says: If man and woman going to recite the Nikah themselves, without choosing a Wakil, in this case, man should express his agreement by words. In this case heart satisfaction is not enough. But It is not necessary to say in Arabic Language and if he says any thing means "I accept", so it is true.
  7. (salam) In Fiqh they are both have the same meaning. But sometimes not permissible uses in Moral Science (Ilm al-Akhlaq) which means it is better to avoid. But In Fiqh there is no different between Haram, Not Permissible, Forbidden and ...
  8. (salam) According to all Maraje Hijab is not necessary for the sons of husband. As Allah says: And tell the faithful women ... not to display their charms, except for what is outward, and let them draw their scarfs over their bosoms, and not display their charms except to their husbands, or their fathers, or their husband's fathers, or their sons, or their husband's sons or ... (Quran 24: 31)
  9. Of course Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) killed some of cruel and unjust non-believer. Because it is war, if you don't kill them, they will kill you! But anyway, I don't know the exact number of those killed by prophet Muhammad (pbuh) , but all of those who were killed by Muslims (not Only Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) ) during all of the battles are less than 1400 persons! There are tow traditions in this regard: 1.

  11. (salam) My brothers and sisters, as you know we are follower of Ahlulbayt. The follower is someone who follows Imam in every aspect of his life, In love, like, hate, dislike and ... . Our Imams command us that pray behind them as Taqiyya. I know it's hard for some of us, but I think it's better to obey Allah and Imamm not our desires and wishes. I just narrated some traditions in this regard: 1. . 301). Ali bin Jafar, in his book narrated from his brother Imam Musa bin Ja'far: Imam Hassan and Hussein (p.b.u.t) pray behind the Marwan (1) and we (Ahlulbayt) pray behind them. 2)) Point: (1) Marwan is the governor of large province of Moawiyyah bin Sfyan. He is one of worst enemy of Ahlulbyat. Prophet named him and his father as cursed (Maloon ملعون) (2) Source: Sheykh horr al-Ameli narrated in his book Wasael al-Shia 8: 301. Imam Sadigh (pbuh) says: Whoever prays in the first row among them is as if he has prayed behind the prophet in the first row. Source: Sheykh horr al-Ameli narrated in his book Wasael al-Shia 8: 299. In another Hadith Imam consider it as those who fight against the enemy of the prophet in battle. (Wasael al-Shia 8: 301. ) Any way Wahhabi are not worst than Marwan. So we can pray behind them.
  12. (salam) If you scared that you may do Haram or his/her intention is sexual intention, so it's Haram.
  13. (wasalam) It's according to Imam Khomeini and many other scholars. The view of Ayatollah Sisitani is so near to Imam Khomeini in this regard and there is no such a big different between them except some words.
  14. (salam) The minimum size is thumb.
