  1. Clearly, the video shows what building behind the ambulance was targeted. How can you assume there were no arms present?

So what? How can you just assume that every building has arms in it?

I've posted many times already a video of Israel flattening/destroying a whole city. According to the UN, around 85% of all those killed have been innocent civilians.

Israel is the most cowardly army in the world. They just bomb through the unreachable air one of the most densely populated areas on the planet, but on actual ground combat they suck... even with a superior military. They barely even went into Gaza on a ground incursion and Hamas killed around 50 soldiers.

  2. I just came accross this. It's a strategy in which Israel deliberately targets civilians and civilian infastructure which they implemented in the 2006 Lebanon war.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dahiya_doctrine

"The first public announcement of the doctrine was made by General Gadi Eizenkot, commander of the IDF's northern front, in October 2008. He said that what happened in the Dahiya (also transliterated as Dahiyeh and Dahieh) quarter of Beirut in 2006 would, "happen in every village from which shots were fired in the direction of Israel. We will wield disproportionate power against [them] and cause immense damage and destruction. From our perspective, these are military bases. [...] This isn't a suggestion. It's a plan that has already been authorized. [...] Harming the population is the only means of restraining Nasrallah."[3][4]

Noting that Dahiya was the Shiite quarter in Beirut that was razed by the Israeli Air Force during the Second Lebanon War, Israeli journalist Yaron London wrote in 2008 that the doctrine, "will become entrenched in our security discourse."[2]

  3. Hello,

"Israel has no regard for human life."  Not true.  In fact, Israel has taken steps never before taken to remove civilians from the battlefield.  However, you can not let an enemy dictate how you will fight them.  If Hamas use civilians to hide behind, it is Hamas committing the war crime.  If Hamas uses hospitals as command post then it is Hamas committing war crimes.  If Hamas hides missiles in UN sponsored schools then it is Hamas committing war crimes.

It is sad, but Hamas is holding Gazans hostage and using them as human shields.

So Israel warns people in Gaza who have nowhere to run to before bombing them. Wow... so humanitarian. What about flattening this entire city... must be human shields.

This "human shield" allegation is being used by hasbara trolls all over the net. "Human shield by Hamas" is just a propaganda term Israel uses as a green light to kill whoever they want. For example, a group of 7 people climbed to the roof of their house to protect it from getting bombed acting as "Human shields" (It's only natural for a family to want to protect their home and property) and Israel just bombed the place anyway killing the entire family claiming "Hamas is using human shields".

  4. Where?

    http://nymag.com/daily/intelligencer/2014/07/hamas-didnt-kidnap-the-israeli-teens-after-all.html

They also haven't presented any evidence that it was hamas.

Even if you arm every Palestinian they can't win against Israel, that's reality. If you disagree then it's just emotional gibberish.

Khamenei should realize that the situation is getting worse and worse even with Iran helping. Hit the reset button and come up with a practical solution.

That may be so. Palestinians probably can't "win" against Israel. Israel has one of the most advanced militaries in the world and they have no problem flattening cities while Gaza is essentially defenceless with no military. But Israel is going to keep acting like a "Bully" until it is defeated or suffers serious blowback.

  5. I agree. It's not like Palestinians have a choice but to fight. Israel just likes to talk peace while building more Jewish colonies in the west bank. The zionists have caused millions of Palestinians to become refugees since taking the land, forcing them to live in horrible conditions... and they are still taking more land in the West Bank.

Israel has no regard for human life or International law. They bombed a UN school just recently killing some 19 innocent people. They flattened an entire city, killed around 1,500 since this conflict began (Vast majority being civilians), destroyed 1000's of houses... and for what? Because of the kidnap of three teens that even Israel now admits Hamas wasn't responsible for.

I hope things get a lot worse in Israel... they more than deserve it!

  6. If you even bothered to read the link I provided, he is not the only one that offered those statistics. Sergio DellaPergola and Alexander Scholch both offered similar numbers (From the tables I couldn't copy and paste).

Also, the League of Nations Interim report in 1920: "There are now in the whole of Palestine hardly 700,000 people, a population much less than that of the province of Gallilee alone in the time of Christ... The Jewish element of the population numbers 76,000. Almost all have entered Palestine during the last 40 years."

    76,000 in 1920 would be around 10%.

  7. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographics_of_Palestine

There's a particular table that answers your question. I can't seem to copy paste it here.

"According to Ottoman statistics studied by Justin McCarthy,[25] the population of Palestine in the early 19th century was 350,000, in 1860 it was 411,000 and in 1900 about 600,000 of which 94% were Arabs. In 1914 Palestine had a population of 657,000 Muslim Arabs, 81,000 Christian Arabs, and 59,000 Jews.[26] McCarthy estimates the non-Jewish population of Palestine at 452,789 in 1882, 737,389 in 1914, 725,507 in 1922, 880,746 in 1931 and 1,339,763 in 1946.[27]"

The Jewish population increased significantly due to zionism.
