  1. WE WILL DEFINITELY STRIKE BACK AT THE U.S. IN RESPONSE TO THE ASSASSINATION OF OUR GENERAL

    Imam Khamenei

The Prime Minister of Iraq, Mr. Mustafa al-Kadhimi, met with the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Khamenei, this Tuesday evening, July 21, 2020.

Imam Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, met this Tuesday afternoon with Mustafa al-Kadhimi, the Prime Minister of Iraq. Speaking in this meeting, His Eminence described Iran-Iraq relations as being truly brotherly due to the existence of many similarities in history, religion, culture and traditions between the two countries. He stressed, “What is of great importance to the Islamic Republic in its bilateral relations with Iraq are the interests, security, dignity, and regional authority of Iraq in addition to the improvement of circumstances in that country.”

The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution stressed that Iran has never wanted and never will want to interfere in the internal affairs of Iraq, saying, “Iran wishes to see an Iraq which is dignified and independent with its territorial integrity and internal unity and cohesion protected.”

Imam Khamenei added, “Iran is definitely opposed to anything that weakens the Iraqi government. Of course, the Americans’ outlook concerning Iraq is the exact opposite of ours due to the fact that the US is an enemy, in the true sense of the word. That is why it does not wish to see an independent, strong Iraq that enjoys a government formed on the basis of the people’s votes.”

His Eminence stated, “The Americans do not care who the Prime Minister of Iraq is. They only want to establish a government like the one formed by Paul Bremer, the former American ruler of Iraq just after Saddam’s downfall. Iran does not interfere in Iraqi-American relations, but it expects its Iraqi friends to know the US and to bear in mind that the presence of the US in any country will bring about corruption, ruin and destruction.”

He emphasized, “The Islamic Republic expects the decision made by the Iraqi government, nation and parliament to expel the Americans to be implemented because their presence leads to insecurity.”

Referring to the assassination of General Soleimani and Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis as one of the consequences of the presence of the US in the region, Imam Khamenei stated, “They killed your guest in your home, and they blatantly confessed to this crime. This is not a trivial matter. The Islamic Republic of Iran will never forget this, and it will definitely strike a reciprocal blow to the Americans.”

The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution spoke of the consensus between various political groups and parties in Iraq in establishing Mr. Kadhimi’s administration, saying, “The Americans and their agents are always seeking to create a power vacuum in regional countries in order to cause a chaos and prepare the ground for their own intervention. This is what they did in Yemen. Everyone can see the appalling circumstances in Yemen today.”

Offering Iran’s support to Mr. Kadhimi’s administration, Imam Khamenei said, “Wisdom, religion and experience dictate that Iran-Iraq relations be reinforced in all areas. Obviously, there are some countries which are opposed to the expansion of Iran-Iraq relations. The US is at the top of the list. But, we should not fear the US at all because it cannot do a single thing.”

His Eminence added, “The Americans cause trouble and create some hurdles, but the Iraqi government should continue its path with strength and without heeding these interferences. It should also protect the Iraqi people who are a source of support for it.”

Imam Khamenei described the Religious Authority and person of Ayatollah Sistani as being a great blessing for Iraq and stated, “Hashd al-Shabi is another great blessing in Iraq, which should be safeguarded.”

  2. - Iran has committed XYZ crimes. Do you agree?

    - No. You should provide solid proofs for them.

     - Do you think Iranian authorities are infallibles? There are just 14 infallibles.

Above is the process of various threads about Iran, from my experience here during the past years.

Because there are 14 infallibles, allegations against Iranian government are true, since they aren't infallible!!!

This is not how we evaluate matters, my dear brothers and sisters.

Plenty of testimonies of Afghan witnesses who survived; https://twitter.com/haraaamvibez/status/1269434679083651074. There are plenty of things the Iranian regime has done for which it has to atone for. It's funny to me, when people read human rights reports on the US' crimes, they will gladly use that source and say, see? This is America! And in principle, I agree. But you can't then look at those human rights organizations, who criticize the Syrian government's brutality and say Assad is the hero of resistance. Maybe then we should be saying let's have taqwa and let's fear God when we criticize anyone else right?

Brother, as always, the allegation is based on what some say and not clear and solid proof.

    -Allegation: Iran tortures prisoners.

    -What's your proof?

    -Some say it. We hear.

-Allegation: Iran killed Ayatullah X, Ayatullah Y, ...

    What's your proof?

    Some say it. We hear.

    -Allegation: Iran executes innocent people.

    What's your proof?

    Some say it. We hear.

    -Allegation: Iran kills Afghans.

    What's your proof?

    Some say it. We hear.

    etc etc

As we see all the cases when Iranian Establishment is accused of and some trying to achieve some special goals out of these accusations are based on some hearings none of us have seen anything about them.

Surely some people who spread these stories and rumors know they are wrong. However, I can say some others are just following assumption, which is wrong too. According to the teachings of Islam, our duty is following what is clear and not our zan/than (ظن: assumption). (Clearly I don't mean asking questions. Research is something else and fine)

Why was it not that the believing men and women, when you heard it, thought good of their own people, and had said, “This is a clear accusation” 24:12

O People who Believe! Avoid excessive assumptions; indeed assumption sometimes becomes a sin 49:12

And they do not have any knowledge of it; they just follow assumption; and indeed assumption does not serve any purpose in place of the Truth. 53:28

Yes,...and indeed assumption does not serve any purpose in place of the Truth.

    -------

But can we say the same about other regimes like America? Aren't we seeing systematic killings of George Floyd's? Aren't we seeing American regimes illegally invasion on other countries? Aren't we seeing American regime imposing inhumane sanctions, as they shamelessly call them crippling sanctions? Aren't we witnessing American regime supporting terrorists like MKO who have killed thousands of Iranians? Aren't we seeing American regime blocking and stealing others' assets? etc.

Insha'Allah we can see the fundamental difference here.

    ------

Off course I can't deny the serious problems that many Afghans face in Iran. This have many reasons, God willing I will talk about them. However, Iranian Nizam (Establishment) and its Leader and his followers both among officials and people have no intentions of making life hard for Afghans in Iran. As a matter of fact, they are criticized for the opposite and why they care for Afghans.

Alhamdullilah, we Revolutionaries, are neither among those who disrespect and mistreat Afghans nor among those who accuse those who respect Afghans.

This is the second incident in a month, the first incident, they beat them, humiliated them, tortured them and then threw their bodies into a river. Marg bar Amrika, Marg bar Israel, but in practice, oppression is rampant in Iran too. Is there going to be any accountability for these people who did this to these poor migrants? Nah! Maybe instead of protesting george floyd's death in Iran, people ought to ask themselves of the racist prejudices held by people in their own countries, because racism is not a uniquely white folk problem, it's prominent everywhere, and yet, there's almost no attempt to reconcile with racial prejudices everyone holds. It seems like a way for people to feel good but the moment it's their own prejudices that are questioned, let's not go there.

While I hate seeing inappropriate behavior and approach by some Iranians (some of them may be among our officials) towards our Afghan brothers and sisters, I don't allow you to compare Iranian Establishment with the terrorist regimes like America.

You say "they threw their bodies into the river". Do you have a clear evidence for this as we have for the cases like the killing of George Floyd? I am sure you don't. So you should have taqwa and fear God, before easily throwing accusations I am sure you have no solid proofs for them.

@hassansaggaf, you know Farsi, don't you?

  6. American Eagle Claw operation vs God's Ababil operation

    Quote

It was on 24th, April 1980, when another manifestation of Allah's support for the believers was observed in a remote desert near Tabas, Iran. 8 helicopters and 6 airplanes of the US Delta Force enter the Iranian territories secretly, for the Operation Eagle Claw. Two of the helicopters fail to continue the operation from the very early minutes of its beginning. The others go to Desert One-as they refer to it-but the secret soldiers of Allah, the sands, badly cripple them and 8 people burn in the fire that is set by the crash of a helicopter into an airplane.

This was a tremendous debacle in the US army. When Harold Brown, the US secretary of defense of the time, is asked about this debacle, he answers with fullconfusion, "Ayatullah Khomeini stood in the balcony of his shelter, and with every move of his hand, onehelicopter dropped."

Referring to this miraculous event, Imam Khomeini (رضي الله عنه). said, "Was it but the hidden aid [of Allah]? Who dropped the helicopters of Mr. Carter? Did we drop them? The sands dropped them; the sands were the agents of Allah; the wind is the agent of Allah."

    Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى). states,

"O you who have faith! If you help Allah, He will help you and make your feet steady." [Qur'an 47:7]

    Peace!

After 40 years, American regime hasn't still comprehend the reason for its repeatedly failures against Islamic Revolution.
