    I totally agree with FreeSpirit. Cool story and all but very unrealistic "moral-of-the-story" in this day and age. If I find a family that will willingly give their daughter to me, I'd finish the paper work today.
    Hard to find such people everywhere.

    3 years of working as a PT, lifting weights for 17 years, won 4 competitions, and i'm being told what to do on shiachat.......
    This blog isn't meant for people to follow, nor is it so people can give advice, i really don't need it, but thank you for the concern. It's just for fun and for those interested.
    FYI: even with this much calories i still struggle keeping weight due to my activity throughout the day.

    I suggest clean bulking. You can only put on 2lb of muscle per month, if you're a newbie, 1lb if you're intermediate (2 years lifting). So there's really no point to all this food.

    I'd say go over your maintenance level by 500 calories. 1000 if you're a hard gainer.
    And keep your macros in check. It would also benefit you if you carb cycle on your rest days so that you keep the fat gain to a minimum.
    You will gain a bit if fat unfortunately, that's how bulking works.

    Tell this to the parents, who put every kind of obstacle in the way of their children getting married.
