baqar reacted to Ahmad8888 in Opinions related to Iran
Look , ill just get straight to the point and put out there what I think about Iran.
I don’t think Iran is surviving this, I think this accident is just the begining, I am not optimistic for this country's future and when that country collapses like Iraq and Syria, my country Lebanon will be next or it would have been destroyed by then, I mean the protests this year already caused Lebanon to have a bad inflation in its economy and its been garbage these past few years, so I don’t think my country is going to make it throught and when that happens you can rest assured the Middle East will plunge into more chaos since Syria and Iraq arent that stable either and america will most probably win this war , since they have the best army .They would then install their own states in the reagion and make a lot of profit from that. Then the Middle East would probably be remebered as a failliure like the ussr.

More strange than Iran being the only country repeatedly asked about regarding those issues.

The nonstop reporting in Western media over "justice and accountability" for the unfortunate victims is now bordering on hysterical.
Where are these people when US "accidentally" drones hundreds in wedding receptions and hospitals, or when their buddies the Saudis "mistakenly" and regularly bomb school buses and public buildings?

3. This post should be for life only if the VF is infallible which is not the case. Power (for life) tends to corrupt.

Dear SoP
Iran is in war mode, one in which all sorts of errors are known to happen.
I cannot recall explicit details but I remember having read about errors committed in the Vietnam conflict as well as in WWI and WWII.
While the US may not accept blame, they are also to blame for this tragedy.
If they hadn't created the 'heated' situation, this would never have happened.
And despite the Democrats asking for it, the US gov has still not provided details of the apprehensions from Suleimany.
All good generals are regarded with awe by their adversaries.
I may be wrong but my personal view is that Suleimany's excellent military record had instilled fear in the US Defence body and the only way to feel good about him was to kill him.
If Suleimany was bad man, so are most generals anywhere in the world, especially in a country whose drones have been perfecting the art of killing innocent people in Afghanistan and Pakistan for more than 10 years.
No one is a saint here.
This game can only be played by people who can make their heads rule over their hearts.
If you compare modern warfare, especially techniques developed in the last 100 years with the teachings of the Prophet and Imam Ali, you will be amazed.
Spying for example is not allowed.
Deceiving the enemy is forbidden.
But in modern warfare, they are all an integral part of our offence strategy.

It's not a war of saints. It's not a war of good and evil. Pride and prejudice, power and corruption. Greed...Religion.

Born in Ontario, moved to Quebec in 70, moved to Calgary in 89. Moved to the country in 2012. Did not move to Alberta for the fishing.
This is so off topic, lol.

baqar got a reaction from Haji 2003 in Namaz - e - Wahshat
Namaz-e-Wahshat can also be said at a later point in time, in case the ideal hour is missed.
Or in addition to one said before.
For example, I have, of course, read this prayer for my parents before.
But yesterday again, I read two units for my mother and two for my father. (By unit, I mean ra'kat)
I think the more often you read, the better it is, both for the deceased and for yourself.
I actually read it occasionally for lots of different people I have encountered at various times in my life, as expression of my gratitude for having them as part of my life.
It doesn't take very long anyway.
If the morning prayer takes 2-3 minutes, Namaz-e-Wahshat should not take more than 3-4 minutes.

The entire government apparatus should not be blamed just because some people in high office tried to fend off blame.
It takes time to find out things.
They couldn't possibly admit anything unless they had established the facts.
Three days is not eternity, really.
