Promiscuity of Married Muslim Women

Salam brother, This does happen be it a woman or a man. I think there are many reasons why this can happen. The root of all this does go back to not being rooted in tawhid. Once we stray away from our fitrah and don't understand who we are we will start acting unnatural and unfaithful. When someone is obedient and submissive to Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) then that translates to all other aspects naturally. Aside from the fundamental which I just mentioned above, I also feel that when we marry the wrong spouse who we have no emotional, spiritual and physical connection to then these problems arise. That's why it's important to marry the right person so we are fully committed to them and can be faithful to them. Even with the right person it does require a lot of work - refining of the soul and constantly growing in nearness to Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى). But the root of all problems is straying away from tawhid. Someone who truly believes in God and has that deep connection would never engage in unfaithful behaviour.5 points -

How to promote an investment ... learn from a Stanford Professor of Law
Ashvazdanghe and one other reacted to Haji 2003 for a topic
This is about how FTX (crypto) raised funds ... or one method anyway. Those not familiar ... FTX is a crypto-currency business started by a young man [Sam Bankman-Fried] in his thirties which has lost investors billions. Sounds cool huh ... https://www.ft.com/content/67b1899f-4b1f-4676-b264-0d19e205d64e So what does Bravo do? Obviously he looks into this investment opportunity and sinks money into it. This is how a law professor asks for money! He does not ask for it. He simply opens the door by asking for something as innocent as advice ... and he makes door opening even easier by saying that he (his son) wants to give money. Once the door is open ... he lets human greed take its course. Genius. And when the investment blows up as it did, the father loses no reputation at all ... he never 'sold' the investment, the investor came to him ...2 points -

Some women and men cheat for the thrill of it, but most, it is due to something missing in their relationship with their spouse. A better approach to something missing would be to communicate with the spouse and try to resolve the problem. Really, infidelity is inexcusable under any circumstance, but it's not difficult to be a little understanding. We are raised to be nonconfrontational, so looking for the missing thing elsewhere seems more accessible than dealing with the issue. It won't work though - even if a person starts a new relationship, there is going to be some conflict eventually and the cycle would begin again.2 points -

Furthermore, I have been engaged in Islamic educational and cultural activities for the past 20 years. Today I am working with a young and devoted team of Shi’a brothers and sisters from all over the world on an online educational platform called Islam4U. The objective of this project is to fill the void that exists in the Islamic educational platforms with an informative and up-to-date medium that can spread the values and teachings of the Quran and Ahlulbayt to truth seekers, especially the youth, all over the world. Throughout the past 3 years of our activities, we have been able to produce and launch over 10 courses in fields of: - Ahkam - Akhlaq - Tafseer - Family in the Quran - Marriage in the Quran - Child Raising in the Quran - Fundamentals to Quran Recitation - Tajweed - And more to come Furthermore, we have launched an entertaining and highly educational Quran application for kids which helps them learn and memorize short chapters from the Holy Book. Additionally, children can learn life skills, tafseer, and stories related to the revelation of surahs and verses through fun scenarios and creative arts and crafts. For more information regarding our content, you can go to our website: islam4u.pro and Qurankids.co Our goal is to be able to make our content accessible to anyone who is interested in learning the teachings of the Quran and the Pure Household in the convenience of their own home without any expenses. Promiscuity of Married Muslim Women
3wliya_maryam reacted to EiE for a topic
Salam, I recently replied on a thread about this issue, but my reply was shortly deleted for being "inappropriate and judgemental", so I thought of making my own thread to discuss this issue with the members here without coming off as attacking any author in the process. Before I get attacked by social justice warriors, let's define the term "promiscous". It has many meanings, some of which include: 1: Having casual sexual relations frequently with different partners; indiscriminate in the choice of sexual partners. 2: Careless, indiscriminate, disloyal. 3: It's not just about physical contact, talking to non-Mahrams behind their husbands' backs with malice intetions is equivalent to being unfaithful/disloyal. I'm sure that many of my Muslim brothers and sisters have heard stories of hijabi Muslim women committing really bad deeds, some of which are regarded as greater sins. I find this to be quite sad considering that some of them appear to come from good families on the outside. What has struck me the most is when I hear of married muslim sisters that are engaging in unfaithful behaviour. I mean, from a man's standpoint, is there anything worse? Yes, we men have many obligations to our women, including loving, caring for, and showing them compassion. However, this isn't our sole responsibility in this dunya, and it's difficult to fulfil all of our obligations consistently. That doesn't imply we don't care about you or like you anymore, nor does it give you the right to be disloyal. Why then does this occur so frequently? Do any of the ladies, in all sincerity, understand what males are responsible for and everything else we have to do? And what do we expect from our women? it's only that they are available when we need them, that they have respect for their husbands, and of course that they are loyal to the husband. Is there any man that disagrees with this? Now, what do most women expect from their husbands? I don't want to make a long list, so I leave it blank. Now, where did we go wrong to allow such promiscuous behaviours into our communities? Is it social media? is it bollywood movies? is it friends? is it stress? May Allah bless all virtuous women, regardless of their religion.1 point -

That’s a good read. I agree this idea of taqiyyah as an explanation for differences in views and reports is way overblown. I’m a little perturbed that people are applying this to views of fallible scholars. Like, it’s really such a shocking idea that someone’s understanding evolves and grows and changes over time? Agreed that it’s overblown and overused in explaining discrepancies in hadith reports too. I’m not sure I agree with being more critical of the narrators as a full solution to this. It’s one useful approach. I wonder though if it’s also going to be helpful to resolve contradictions by considering that both views are true but differ because of differing context. The whole thing reminds me of the different views over abrogation (nakhsh). You have some very maximalist perspectives on considering some things abrogated whereas so much of it is more logically reconciled as general principle vs specific example, general principle vs exception, and so on. People tend toward lazy simple answers rather than doing the hard work to make things fit together.1 point

Refuting Shaykh al-Mufid's Arguments for the Occultation
Huss Mourad reacted to Ashvazdanghe for a topic
Salam this is a fake story by too weak documentation which in rela story prophet muhammad (pub) after finishing of battle of Hunayn has given more share of booty of war to new muslims likewise Abusufyan too keep them between muslims because Abusufyan & noblemen of Quraysh and Arabs have been greedy for booty of war which giving more share of it has been for softening their heart "لْمُؤَلَّفَةِ قُلُوبُهُمْ" about Islam. The shares of the booties When the Prophet (s) was allotting the booties of the battle, he first gave the noblemen of Quraysh and the tribes of Arab their shares in order to make them more inclined to Islam. He then gave 100 camels to some people, such as Abu Sufyan b. Harb, and gave 40 or 50 to some others. He then had people and booties counted, giving each person a certain share of the booties. When the Prophet (s) gave a remarkable share to the noblemen of Quraysh and Arabs, some people from Ansar objected to him. The Prophet (s) gave a speech to them, convincing them about his decision, and praying for them.[45] https://en.wikishia.net/view/Battle_of_Hunayn Dividing booty of between women It should be said that this hadith, in addition to the weakness of the document, also has textual anxiety. Some reports have considered the birth of Sahlah in the battle of Khyber and others in the battle of Hunain. If Sahlah was born in the war of Hunain, then the hadith can be considered as the softening of the hearts. http://hadith.net/post/54230/سهم-زنان-از-غنيمت-جنگ/ It is here that the ulterior motives of the biased orientalists become evident, because they describe the battles of Islam as plundering, but shut their eyes from their spiritual aims, as this type of discipline cannot be expected from a plundering group. It is not possible for the leader of a plundering community to treat honesty as the sign of faith and to train his soldiers in such a manner that he should be able to restrain them from taking even a shoe-lace from the public property. https://www.al-islam.org/message-jafar-subhani/chapter-43-fort-khayber-centre-danger#war-booty-divided1 point -

So what are you proposing. Anyone who considers themself a 'healer' can supervise the treatment ? We have to look at the goal here. If someone has PTSD, for example, their goal is to get rid of the PTSD, which is affecting their life. In order to make a proper diagnosis (i.e. that this person actually has PTSD and not something else that seems to them like PTSD) and to come up with a proper course of treatment that is recognized by the medical community and general society as being effective and efficient, and to follow thru with that course of treatment until it is finished and specific goals and benchmarks are achieved, this requires someone who is 'highly qualified' in this area since we agree now that a person cannot do this on their own. In most cases, this is what the person themselves would want, a highly qualified profession, if their goal is to get rid of this problem or issue they are having. If their goal is something else, i.e. just to 'have fun', 'play around', 'get high', etc, then this is haram and those substances cannot be used for this purpose.1 point -

Kharijites? Wow, the internet is just crazy then. lol. wa alaikum salam. Most of us are twelvers usouli shia muslims. We believe in twelve imams. We are also called Jafaris because of our adherence to Imam Jafar al Sadiq. Zaydi etc brethern are also shia muslims and you can talk to them to know their beliefs. We have some zaydi members here. When someone is making a research, they should talk to the followers of that religion and denomination. I would not ask a Christian about Islam or vice versa. Same goes for denominations. I did not ask what shia islam is to sunnis. Same goes for jurisprudential denominations. You can ask Jafari twelver faith to jafari twelvers and Zaydi faith to Zaydi Shias. And no matter which denomination you choose, always keep loving Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى), his Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and Ahlulbayt and work for unity of Muslims and oppressed nations against global arrogance. ma salam.1 point -

The Iranian help to Russia is due to a defense pact between them which obliges it to help the ally in war. This has happened even in the time of Prophet (PBUHHP) when Prophet (PBUHHP) was asked to intervene between Bani Khaza and Bani Bakr and Prophet helped Bani Khaza. Russia was the country that was being cornered by the west and they stood against it by giving the west what they would have given Russia when they would have surrounded them. So, Iranian help is not unjustified. It is in accordance with the Islamic principles of war. These are in no way being used against civilians but the military targets which implies that for what purpose Iran has allowed sale of those weapons.1 point -

@Hasani Samnani Given your position on the vaccination programme and your status as MD (if im not mistaken), I'm curious to hear what you have to say. Here you have Ayatullah Ali Khamanei get the vaccine on television, do you believe this was a wise move? Does this move from the Ayatullah resemble the teachings of Ahlul Bayt? I personally didn't believe in the "covid narrative" and I didn't believe in the "covid vaccination programme," both of which many people, including scientists, biologists, immunologists, doctors, etc., are now questioning. So ask yourself, why in the world would ayatullah khamanei take the shot on television, buy the covid narrative, and together with his officials initiate a mass vaccination programme in iran as well? Why would he expose his own people to something we know so little about and that has barely been tested at all. This seems more like widespread indoctrination. and all of this under the influence of who? that is a really great question.1 point -

It doesn't matter anyway, as the narration says "المكيدة في الحرب" and not something like "اذا تكون في حرب". So Iran doesn't need to be directly involved in the war for lying to be Islamically allowed. Plus, the 7adeeth says that lying is good while plotting for war - "يحسن". Just because Iran isn't directly involved, doesn't automatically make denying 7aram.1 point -

You do realise that...lying is Islamically allowed in times of war.....right? And Sayyed Abdul Husayn Dastghaib Shirazi writes in his book Greater Sins - Volume 2: Iran - like usual - did nothing wrong. Rather, it is a part of the teachings of Ahlulbayt (A) that lying is acceptable in times of war. Like I mentioned in the above post, most of the targets that Russia is firing at have Ukrainian weapons and soldiers in them. (That's according to Amnesty International - Western). With the targets that didn't - casualties were minimal. And this is also acceptable because according to Islamic law, a greater harm can be reduced by a lesser harm. From the website of Ayatollah al-Sistani (Q), I don't know what you're on about, but there's nothing wrong with this situation according to our religion.1 point -
