    • Of the 973 articles found in the initial search, 28 randomized controlled trials and quasi-experiments were selected for the systematic review. In most studies, State-Trait Anxiety Inventory was used to measure participants' anxiety. Findings of this review revealed a positive effect of listening to Holy Quran recitation in reducing anxiety in various settings. Only one study had reported that anxiety level in Holy Quran recitation group was less than that of the control group, but it was not statistically significant. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6178573/

    • Honestly looking at Syria, the narrations seem to be coming to life more and more. It's not just a country in conflict but there seems to be ten different players at any one time fighting for a piece. Furthermore it's a reminder of the narrations regarding the times of confusion and sedition. I expect it's only going to get more murky  @Northwest I'm just as confused as you, especially with all the conflicting reports coming out of this. I've been giving Jolani the benefit of the doubt since he took power and I still think he's trying to 4d chess Israel. Also, Israel getting involved heavily is just them bullying as they do. All in all, it's a mess.

@Northwest HTS seems to have reached a deal with israel, they just arrived at suweida or near suweida to keep the arab bedouin tribes in check so they don't kill the druze, the line of contact is now apparently calm.    Many theories came out as to why this happened and I will list some of them: 1) HTS negotiations with israel in azeribaijan failed, because hts probably insisted on the golan heights or something, before normalising with israel.  2) Israel doesn't care, they think splitting syria into multiple factions is better than a united syria, this way syria will never pose a threat to them in the future if by some miracle syrias leadership in the future becomes anti israel.  3) HTS actually lost control of their bedouin tribes and israel had to pretend to save the druze, so this whole theater insued.
