Sept 15th is the lnternationaI Day of Democracy Voting is one of our primary duties in support thereof. Yet, as Eric Fromm in his modern political classic warned in Escape from Freedom, many people will vote away their freedoms, privileges and privacy for the promises of 'safety', social action and promises of 'free' materialistic rewards. Ah, yes friends, the '"gov't is created gooder than baby geeZeus" crowds are on-the-prowl again. Free public education -as inept as it has become- is no longer good enough. Back to what California did in the 1950s and early 60s with free college, too ---until it became way too expensive for the State. Burn out…

Call that humiliation? No hoods. No electric shocks. No beatings. These Iranians clearly are a very uncivilised bunch Terry Jones Saturday March 31, 2007 The Guardian http://www.guardian.co.uk/iran/story/0,,2047108,00.html I share the outrage expressed in the British press over the treatment of our naval personnel accused by Iran of illegally entering their waters. It is a disgrace. We would never dream of treating captives like this - allowing them to smoke cigarettes, for example, even though it has been proven that smoking kills. And as for compelling poor servicewoman Faye Turney to wear a black headscarf, and then allowing the picture to be posted around the world…

This article appears in the February 25, 2005 issue of Executive Intelligence Review. Lebanon's Hariri Killed To Make a `Clean Break' by Muriel Mirak-Weissbach The assassination of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafiq Hariri, in Beirut on Feb. 14, was a carefully planned and executed act, geared to trigger a chain reaction of events in the region, that would conform with the long-standing policy of the neo-conservative junta running Washington. To understand the why of the assassination—although the material perpetrator, the who, remains unclear—one must look back at the 1996 policy paper prepared under the supervision of now-Vice President Richard Cheney, and his neo-co…

…And You Will Call Upon Allah With No Response... Mohamad Shmaysani 26/11/2008 Gaza... A name that has become an attribute to Arab languor, silence, weakness, tacit consent, collusion…and the list stretches all the way back to 1948. Gaza has become the worst faces of agony under the eyes of hundreds of millions of Arabs and Muslims worldwide. I have seen pictures of Arab princes cars adorned with diamonds. I have seen Arab bathrooms with golden (utilities). I have seen ten meters long Arab banquets, just for two. I have seen prayer rugs but not that much people praying. But never have I really seen a old man on his knees holding his stomach in one hand and in the o…

There Are No Words ...Radiation in Iraq Equals 250,000 Nagasaki Bombs This story is about American weapons built with Uranium components for the business end of things. Just about all American bullets, tank shells, missiles, dumb bombs, smart bombs, 500 and 2,000 pound bombs, cruise missiles, and anything else engineered to help our side in the war of us against them has Uranium in it. Lots of Uranium....putting Four Million Pounds of Radioactive Uranium Dust (RUD) on the ground in Iraq was a definitely "on-purpose" kind of thing. ...there is no cure. The uranium will long outlast the veterans' and the Iraqis' bodies though; for, you see, it lasts virtually forever. There…

http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20090716/wl_nm/...ran_ahmadinejad TEHRAN (Reuters) – Newly re-elected President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Thursday his next government "would bring down the global arrogance," signaling a tougher approach by Tehran toward the West after last month's disputed election. Ahmadinejad, in his first provincial trip after the June 12 presidential vote, said Iran's enemies had tried to interfere and foment aggression in the country, referring to mass opposition protests against the official election result. The hardline president, who often rails against the West, said the Islamic Republic wanted "logic and negotiations" but that Western powers had in…
