    • Salam this is just a misleading title which even people likewise Sayed Kamal Haydari doesn't believe to burying it which statement about burying Khums has came from misunderstanding about too weak & non popular idea about idea about preserving Khums as treasure which common way for hiding & preserving treasure has been burying it .    https://en.wikishia.net/view/Khums [27] Mufīd, al-Muqniʿa, p. 286. It is attributed to some jurisprudents by Sheikh Mofid and translated as «کنز»"kanz" ("treasure") which means saving (hoarding) «و بعضهم يوجب كنزه». [28] Narāqī, Mustanad al-Shīʿa, vol. 10, p. 128. [29] Mufīd, al-Muqniʿa, p. 285; Baḥrānī, al-Hadāʾiq al-nāḍira, vol. 12, p. 439. Some jurists have attributed the saying to bury khums during absence from the words of Sheikh Mufid in Muqniʿa. Montazeri, Hossein Ali, Kitab al-Khums, vol. 1, p. 473. However, the Sheikh's interpretation in the Muqniʿa  is not "burial", but rather  «کنز»  "kanz" "treasure".
