(Al-Qamar 54:17) We really need to have a relationship with the Quran as Shi'a of Ali. Rasulullah Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said: "Be a follower of the Book of God forever." (Source: Nahj Al-Fasahah) Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) also said: "Everything in existence prays for the forgiveness of the person who teaches the Quran - even the fish in the sea." (Usulul Kafi, Volume 3, Page 301) A third quote from Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم): "One who recites ten verses (ayat) of the Quran every night will not be counted amongst the negligent ones (Ghafileen); and one who recites fifty verses (ayat) will be written as those who remember Allah (Dhakireen); and one who recites one hundred verses (ayat) will be written down as the obedient worshipper of Allah (Qaniteen)."
