AWWWW! LOOK AT THE CUTE SITE WHEN IT WAS A YEAR OLD!

Look at the low amount of posts before you were a member.

Infact, look at how the member # decreased since you joined, LOL!

How many members do we ACTUALLY have Ali?

P.S.

God; I’m getting flashbacks now when I first joined - I was the trouble maker back then

(salam)

Well, I think we went up to 15,000 members, then I deleted all the inactive ones and went back to 5000 members, we're up to 10,000 members again and I'll probably delete all the innactive ones again soon.

You had a diff. nick?

Salams,

After looking back on shiachat.com since 2000, I thought I should make this poll to see how far back our member database goes.

Please vote :)

Wa salam.

Ali - Can you build a Voicechat system in the chatroom - Ya3ni something like Paltalk?

(salam)

If we find a VoiceChat room that works with our current forum database, and enough volunteers to moderate it. We'd go for it.

so what happened to #shia at irc.dal.net .. I haven't been on irac for quite some time .. but is it affiliated still with this site?

Nope, the founder (Hussein from Toronto) just pretty much let it expire.. Now it was taken over by Pakistanies who can't speak English, other than "a/s/l?".

Zain, LOL! Good find!

April 2003 - I remember a good friend of mine told me about Shiachat; she said the Sunnis were roaming here freely spreading their Aqeeda and Shias were falling for it - Even though that wasn’t the case - I think it was her way of getting my attention and basically 'forcing' me to go on line and have a look.

It was a good thing that I looked :)
