Last Few Years Back HAfiz Mahir Mianwalvi Put Some questions on Shia SECTs, i Still didnt Get any Satisfectory answer From Shias, i'm not going to open a very huge Discussion but, place some question here just for the sake of knowledge.

i think, first i should introduce myself, My name is Syed Mohammad Mudassir Bokhari, i'm from Multan, recentely done my BSC, i'm fond to read Islamic History Books, and its my hobby as well, :)

well i'll post all the question, but just change the order, because, in start Most of the question are comman conflicts and everyone know about them.

Q. Kia Hazrat Umer (R.A) Hazrat Ali (R.A) k Lasani Damaad Aor Syeda Ume-Kulsoom Bintay Fatimah k Shohar nahen they ?

Agar app ko Inkar hay tu kia Tasleem kirnay walay mandarja Zael Shia Hazrat app sia kam-tar jantay they ya in main insaaf ka kooch Sha'a'ba Tha?

1: Sahib KAFI nia kin Ghanday Alfaz main is haqekaat ko Tasleem kia hay. "Yah Pahli Sharam Gah hai jo hum sia cheni ga'e hai"

2: Allama Shostari lithtay hain: "Agar Nabi nia Dukhtar Usman ko di tu Hazrat Ali nia Umer ko Day Di "

3: Allama AbbuJaffer Tusi (Al-Istabsar Page: 175):"Jab hazrat Umer fa'ot ho gay tu Hazrat Ali UmayKulsoom ko Idaat guzarnay k lia Ghar lay ahay", neez, tahzeeb main yah bhi rawayat hay k UmayKulsoom Bintay Ali aor UmayKulsoom ka Baita Zaid Bin Umer Bin khitab aik he sa'et main madfoon howay aor yah maloom na ho saka k phalay kohn mara, aik dosray ka kohe waris na howa.

4: Syed Murtaza ilm Mahdi mutafi nia Shafi main litha hay k Hazrat Ameer nia apni Baiti ka nikah hazrat ki marzi sia nahen kiya bulkay yah Aqad bar bar ki darkhasit per howa. Nika tu barhal ho gaya. Agar Hazrat Umer momin na they, hazrat Ali nia apni baiti sia zulam kia aor najaez kam kirwaya.

Thanks, and just waiting for your respone.

What?

Those who say Prophet (pbuh) had 4 daughters, say that Umme Kulthum binte Rasoolillah (ra) was married to the son of Abu Jahl (or Abu Lahab), who divorced her in the hatred of her father (pbuh) . Prophet (pbuh) later married her off to Uthman.

^Yes it may be illogical but not prohibited by sharia'.

I'm not sure whether this marriage took place or not. But some past shi'a scholar did believed in this marriage. They believed that certain circumstances forced Imam Ali(a) to accept the proposal of Caliph Umar.

this is just confusion of same name. There was not such problem here. Ali a.s was forced to return Umm e Kalthoom bint e Abu Bakar as she came with her mother Asma bint e Umees. The girl which was given to marriage to Umer was Um e Kalthoom bint e Abu bakar

^Yes thats what majority of Shi'a scholars believe but the earliest ones believed that it was Umm Kulthum bint Ali. Some narrations in our books does says 'Umm Kulthum bint Ali'.

I think many past shi'a scholars Shaykh Kulayni(ar), Shaykh Saduq(ar), Sharif al-Murtada(ar), etc. believed that Caliph Umar married Umm Kulthum bint Ali (ra).

Firstly, you are doing injustice to sunnis by accusing umer of marrying a girl who is by relation his great grand daughter which is INCEST. Secondly, you are striking the imamate of Mawla Ali (a.s.) by accusing him of allowing an unlawful marriage. Thirdly, I can guarantee you that there is no credible evidence in early shia literature which perceives marrying one's great grand daughter lawful; and even ethically humans don't mate in such relations, dogs do.

    • Salam. If the person lives in another country and has the wish to be buried in Iraq, there are governmental regulations about shipping a person's remains. The country where that person lives has laws that need to be followed. For example, the person who died would need a medical statement that the body is not contagious. The casket would need to be inside a lead box that would not leak, then placed inside a wooden crate which is nailed shut and has special seals that show if there was tampering or opening. The funeral home would need government permission to transport the body by airline and not all airlines provide that service. The licensed funeral home worker would need to drive the prepared package with the person's remains to the licensed airline and make sure that the remains were placed on the airplane. At the arrival in the airport in Iraq, the person's remains would be in the customs area and the customs workers would wait for the person who would need to personally claim the body and sign documents that the body was picked up. Because the whole thing is very heavy and would not fit inside an ambulance or hearse, the wooden crate would need to be opened which means workers or relatives of the deceased would need to use crowbars to remove it. After lifting the lead box into the vehicle, the deceased would need to be transported to the cemetery location where the bodies are washed. The cemetery would take care of everything but of course the price will depend on the location of the cemetery. The most expensive part of the international burial is the western country (funeral home, trip to airport, airline shipping) and could reach $15,000. The price of the cemetery plot, washing the body, wrapping the body in kaffan, is a separate price. The temporary grave marker with the name written in chalk on it is probably free, but the grave stone with the name carved on it would be a separate price. This does not answer your question of whether someone can be buried in Iraq, but I just want you to know that the person needs to save his money if he has such a wish. May Allah SWT grant all halal wishes.
    • That is the crux of the issue here brother. I am trying to understand what/who determines which parts to accept and which parts to reject.
    • Or this question: Can I use body wash to wash my hair?
    • There isn't even unity among shias. You call non-twelver Shias heretics. Do you think you are ready to unity with Sunnis?
    • I suppose it all depends on the person. But yes, if someone took a literalist approach and did believe that the many strories of scripture were all true in a black and white way, and they simultaneously were consistent in believing all things they viewed as miracles, then yes they would believe both in the literal story of Adam and Eve, and the literal story of the virgin birth.
