How did Khamenei Treat Refugees?

Rate this question

Question

Guest Salam

Asalam Alaykum brothers and sisters,

During rough times, especially Saddam's oppression, many Iraqis fled to Iran. How did Imam Khamenei help these refugees? I have been hearing rumors that he didn't provide them with their necessary needs like food, shelter especially, or schools etc. and they lived very rough lives. Is this true?

Isn't it a bad quality of a Muslim to leave people in need like this?

Can anyone confirm this information or explain to me as I want to understand why Iraqis lived rough lives when they had a righteous man in charge of the country they were residing in

Also don't tell me that these people are lying because I personally know people who were denied and ignored help in Iran when they fled Iraq (shia Muslims) and slept with no sheets or covers during cold nights

humans......

Khameni isn't a God, he is a human leader of a nation.

A nation has GDP.

When there is an influx of refugees, a nation tries to assist them. It is a matter of logistics.

There is a big difference in how nations handle the refugee crisis compared to say 20 years ago.

Not everyone will get assistance, as it is liable to the ones handing out the resources. If I give you a 1 billion to help the refugees, you will then make a team to find the best men to handle the situation. As the finances trickle down, eventually somewhere, monies will be lost, taken, given more to some, less to some, practically unequal distribution.

The US has lost unaccounted trillions..... while it has a 550k homeless people.

Would you take the blame? or me for giving you the money. One man cannot control the minds of the populace, they can direct, assist, advice, but not everything can be controlled.

I suggest you grow up and learn something, instead of manipulating the consensus on the leadership of one leader. There are many nations in the west and around the world, where there are poor and the disabled who are not taken care off by the state.

Load of rubbish. I have family who were in that situation and their kids went to Iranian schools, family had a business, etc.

Some Iraqis are just lame haters. But most of us aren't so unreasonable when it comes to the Leader.

But why would Iraqis just lie and hate against Khamenei without a reason? I know an Iraqi family who lived with almost no financial support or any aid whatsoever over there, and I was shocked when I heard this because I know Iran is an Islamic country.

Salam,

I am talking about the Shia twelver usuli Iraqis who fled from Saddam to Iran, but Khamenei or his office at least didn't provide them with the needs they required and because of that they lived harsh lives.

So these Shias that came to Iran hate Saudi and they are not Sunni, they loved Khamenei but him (or his office) didn't help them

Why? Isn't that oppression?
