Can a muslim woman upload her singing on youtube?

Say that the woman isn't showing her face or anything but simply sharing her singing songs that are not necessarily islamic but not haram either. Is that okay?

From Sistani's website:

It is permissible to listen to the voice of a non-mahram woman without any sexual overtures. “Similarly, it is permissible for her to make herself be heard by non-mahram men except when there is fear of getting sucked into a harãm act. However, she is not allowed to soften or make her voice palatable to an extent that would normally arouse the listener, even if that person was mahram to her.”

Singing itself is haram, so this fatwa is secondary.

So that means even to your close friends? So you can't laugh and joke around with them even if they are your friends of the same gender???

This ruling is about men listening to women, not women listening to women.
