Allah is Most Merciful, and yes, if someone wishes to become Muslim, all his/her sins are removed when the Shahada is taken. :)

Allah forgives everything, if you just ask.

Is it not a requirment to repent for sins in order to be forgiven? I have not found anywhere in the Quran where it says that all who become Muslim everything will be forgiven them. I do know that in the ahadith it is mentioned.

What will happen to those that commit hypocrisy? Can they be forgiven if they want to become Muslim?

Surah An-Nisa, Verse 145:
إِنَّ الْمُنَافِقِينَ فِي الدَّرْكِ الْأَسْفَلِ مِنَ النَّارِ وَلَن تَجِدَ لَهُمْ نَصِيرًا

Surely the hypocrites are in the lowest stage of the fire and you shall not find a helper for them.
(English - Shakir)

If a hypocrite died in the same state, the above verse mentions his place. If a hypocrite wish to change himself in his life time & strive to achieve purification of soul, repent sincerely & start obeying the commands of Allah & His chosen ones, then surely, he will find Allah, the Most Merciful.
