In the battle of Badr it is understood the muslims fill some  wells with sand as a strategy. is this action in anyway prohibits the enemy from getting water and bring problem of thirst to them

Having water is the most basic right of human beings, Islam does not prohibit from such right and this information is not true.

Allah swt had given them divine support in the battle of badr, with the aid of thousands of angels, so i dont see for what reason they would've filled the wells with sand.
