Kennedy Files

Rate this topic

Recommended Posts

Today, 26Oct17, IAW a law pass by Congress, the files of the Kennedy assassination are to be made public.

As l remember from 1963 or '64, the files were to remain sealed for a century. Now most will be made public with some redactions at CIA and FBI special requests.

What do you expect to see?

What question will you want 'answered'?

Me? l want to see if Jack Ruby's (Rubenstein) medical records are there. From what l read, supposedly there is no medical records, yet Ruby goes into prison and shortly dies of cancer thereafter (Jan.1967)

This will be interesting. There is a webpage called JFK Assassination Records where all the documents will be located, but you have to unzip the files to read them.

https://www.archives.gov/research/jfk/2017-release

Rather than manipulating the files, I will probably just listen to National Public Radio and let them summarize. Or wait for the Breaking News emails to start rolling into my Inbox. :coffee:

BREAKING NEWS: Trump Orders 2,800 JFK Assassination Files Released, Withholds Others

The majority of what's being held secret is at the request of the FBI and CIA. The White House is establishing a six-month review process for those remaining records.

l am most interested in Jack Ruby. l read the released documents last night. Contrary to the conspiracy network, despite an "incorrigible youth" record, personally acquainted with a few criminals, and an "impulsive" physical reactions to anti-Semiticism the FBI concluded that Ruby was not connected to organized crime. Similarly, one witness claimed Ruby was a communist but two-of-three times the witness said he saw Ruby in Chicago, USArmy records show Ruby to be on-duty in the South where he gained good evaluations during WW2 as an aviation mechanic.  There was also no evidence that Ruby shot Oswald for any reason other than Ruby wanted to spare Mrs. Kennedy the pain of a public trial of Oswald.

What got me interested in Ruby was not only the alleged organized crime connections, but that other than the Parkland Hospital examination and subsequent examinations, there is still no medical records for Ruby. Ruby "suddenly"  got cancer and claimed he was injected with cancer cells. At the Carrousel Club, Ruby was known to take good care of his health because to save money he was his own bouncer. The question becomes how in the time between November 1963 and his death in January 1967 (3 years 2 months) did he acquire such an aggressive, late-stage lung cancer. Apparently, he didn't smoke. lt is possible, but ..... how statistically likely is this?  He was 55 when he died.

From what l now conclude after all the BS over the last 50+ years is that both Ruby and Oswald acted alone.

Is there a chance it could've been an inside job?

No.

lt was known since the week of the murder that one of Kennedy's aides named Lincoln advised him not to go to Dallas but that advice had to do with Duvall County and other crank threats.

Other people were smoking in the club and he worked in that environment for how many years? He probably had lung cancer from "second hand" smoke.

I believe it was an inside job for sure because the official story given does not add up, here's an interesting video:

Here is one of the reasons I believe he was killed:

The fact that after all these years you still dont have access to all the official documents should in of itself raise high concerns regarding how involved the government and its organs were in the killing of JFK. Why ells would they delay it so much, who are they afraid that the reports might hurt? The framed killers? They are already gone, but the corrupt government and its organs still remain.

To say that there is absolutely no chance that it was an inside job is not aligned with reality historically speaking.

@IbnSina

Stone is referring to the hydrostatic action of the round. Watch some ballistic jelly impacts and you can understand how this energy alone can blow the top of a head off.

The rifle is a 6.5mm x 52 Carcano with gain twist. Mail ordered for ~$20. The optics about the same price (then dollars).

Kennedy was also wearing his back brace at the time  -as l remember.

A comparable round is the Winchester .25-35.  Both rounds and rifles are short range deer/varmint rifles.

After the JFK murder, the CIA extensively looked for possible escape routes 0swald might use to the Soviet Union or Cuba.

The CIA never used LHOswald for recruiting purposes.

Also, there is an FBI memo about Martin Luther King's organization's communist party members and affiliates (note: an American 'black' being a communist was about non-existent, but those that were were sent to organize black labor and to attach themselves to social movements.)  Remainder on King is adult content, yet no need to edit by Mods.
