Exercising during Grieving Months

Salamu Alaikum!

I was wanting to exercise, because its healthy and I have health problems. But I"m wondering if its allowed to do so during Muharram and Sa'far. 

I do warm ups, walking (because my health is such that this is all that doesn't hurt), I also do either dance cardio or dance practice type of videos and yoga or stretching. 

I am curious if this is allowed because dancing was used in a horrible way by oppressors. But I'm not using it that way. Its mostly for exercise and such. 

Any ideas please?
