How far away is my Ruh

Recommended Posts

In a world of despair, heartlessness and shamelessness

Without truth or light

Without a guide nor a teacher

With malicious, selfish preachers

With severe whippings of desire

And awful prison guards known as the disbelievers and wrongdoers

Who steal, trick and torment the pious believers

O Lord! Expand my chest and ease my task!

I have no words but Remembrance of Allah to bring me closer to where my Ruh is

My Ruh is light years away, in proximity to Allah

My train of thought is set on nothing else but Allah

While the feet of my worthless material body are digging into the barren ground of the dunya

Your trials and tests, Oh Allah! They have made me long for the tasbih rather than long for the 99th bead. They make my takbir the easiest part of salah, and my salams the hardest.

Your mercy and compassion, Oh Allah! They have softened my heart toward the Straight path! The path of your Anbiya! The path of your Awliya! The path of your worshippers!

There is no God but You! Praise be to you surely I am among the wrongdoers

Where shall I turn in this place of destitution, despair, except to you!

Where shall I go when I am imprisoned in this land of disbelief and oppression!

I am ashamed of my sins and my low rank

I am ashamed of my company, I am ashamed of my lack of respect in my speech towards my family!

And if when they were unjust to themselves they had asked forgiveness from Allah, and the messenger also implored Allah, they would have surely found Allah forgiving and merciful

I bear witness that you, O Rasool Allah, Peace and Salutations upon You and your Family! I bear witness you were in a worse place than me!

And I bear witness! Your purified family was in worse destitution then me!

I implore you to implore Allah, and I will continue imploring Him, the Almighty, to save me from this destitution.

And I ask that you teach me, through what you endured, Oh Ale Tahireen to endure through my tests as you did!

And I implore Allah to keep me in those who remember Him! Through seeking knowledge and reciting Quran, and to keep my Salah from now until I die

So I might benefit from the tawassul of your Chosen Ones!

On the day where intercession of idols shall not avail any man.

And I beg you, Oh Allah! To raise me from my grave with a sword in my hand

To pronounce the advent of the Imam of our Time

To be a member of his army, and to be martyred

Taken up to where my Ruh seeks to be

In Jannah, far from this prison,

where there are severe whippings and torments

Jannah for the Disbelievers,

and a torture camp for the Good

May I be martyred one day, Oh Allah!

My intention is not to succeed in this fleeting world, Oh Allah!

I wish to fight in your path, Oh Allah!

So free me from this cage, where I am deprived of any satisfaction

Because my satisfaction comes from proximity to you

Oh Allah! Please bless Our Master Muhammad and His Family, the Ahlul Bayt, the good and pure

And destroy their enemies until the end of time

And may a severe curse be upon the wrongdoers and upon the enemies of the Imam of our Time

Sura 17 Ayat 85

SAHIH INTERNATIONAL

And they ask you, [O Muhammad], about the soul. Say, "The soul is of the affair of my Lord. And mankind have not been given of knowledge except a little."

I know my soul wants to be with Allah, but I am trapped on this earth, though I will continue working in the way of Allah.

Though I make dua that Allah will enlighten me with more knowledge.

Oh Allah, this poem comes from one of your most loyal worshippers.

Avail!

Avail!

The angels would say:

Raise! How rewarding is your Submission! Raise! You are an example of the Righteous! Raise!

Oh Mansur, enter your garden!

@Mansur Bakhtiari Very beautiful Poem really, I loved it. Never have I seen such great love coming out of heart becoming such beautiful words in Poem.

We should collect all of the poems on SC and compile them into one book for LionofNajaf Publishers. That would be the best.

By Allah, this is a great idea.

How could I describe the idea with words?

Oh Allah, you are the Uppermost.

This is the book about my noble Imam, my last heir of the Ahlulbayt:

This was made from the Najafi Publishers.

Ja’far from Muhammad b. Isa from Safwan from al-Iys [b. al-Qasim] from Abi Abdillah عليه السلام who said: there is not a prophet or a successor or a king except that he is found in a book which is with me. No by Allah! the name of Muhammad b. Abdallah b. al-Hasan is not there. NOTES: This is one of the great signs of the Imama of al-Sadiq for he prophesied that the revolt of Muhammad b. Abdallah b. al-Hasan [a descendant of Imam al-Hasan] would end in failure and that this pretender who claimed to be the Mahdi would be put to death by the Abbasid Caliph al-Mansur. The Imam repeated this prediction a number times and did so many years before the actual occurrence, most prominently at the meeting of the Hashimis at Abwa. This became widely known from him, such that even Sunni authorities like Ibn Khaldun in his Muqadimma and al-Dhahabi in his Siyar make a mention of it. al-Muhsini: Perhaps what is meant by ‘kings’ are those up to the time of the ‘Aimma. To have the names of all kings from the beginning of creation to the end of the world, over all countries and for all time, would require several volumes, how large would this book be in size? In any case, al-Muhsini does not accept the reliability of this particular narrations because of his doubts about Basair as a source.
    • Bruv. Costs an arm and a leg (means it costs a lot of money)
    • Salaam Alaykum Inshaallah on your effort. Allah put you on the right path. Be grateful for that. About your question, yes you need to pray and fast for those days, but don't worry. It's not that much hard. For example, I do one day Qadha pray everyday, so after two years and half from now I'll be done with Qadha prays. You can also come up with a program for Qadha fasts as well. Here are two posts for Qadha prays and fasts:   Keep going brother
    • Brother, offer thanks to Allah & instead of inventing questions like these, ask Him to grant you the steadfastness on deen.  Surah Al-Maeda, Verse 54:
O you who believe! whoever from among you turns back from his religion, then Allah will bring a people, He shall love them and they shall love Him, lowly before the believers, mighty against the unbelievers, they shall strive hard in Allah's way and shall not fear the censure of any censurer; this is Allah's Face, He gives it to whom He pleases, and Allah is Ample-giving, Knowing.
(English - Shakir) Surah Muhammad, Verse 25:
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ ارْتَدُّوا عَلَىٰ أَدْبَارِهِم مِّن بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمُ الْهُدَى الشَّيْطَانُ سَوَّلَ لَهُمْ وَأَمْلَىٰ لَهُمْ Surely (as for) those who return on their backs after that guidance has become manifest to them, the Shaitan has made it a light matter to them; and He gives them respite.
(English - Shakir) Try to take benifits from the blessed nights like shab e qadr, shab e bara'at, last friday night & day of Ramadhan. They will makeup your account & removes your burden In-sha Allah. And no, its not too late. A true & sincere repentence is all what one need for his success before death approaches him. Just try to offer obligatory prayers with sunnah & salat al layl regularly from now onwards. And try to use the blessed nights. Dont worry, put your trust on Allah. He is the Most Merciful. Learning is a continuous process which never ends. We even learn something from our own death. You're Alhamdolillah alive, start your journey with prayer "Rabbi zidni ilma".
    • Great quotation from the FT today.  https://www.ft.com/content/f1d5571c-d119-11e7-b781-794ce08b24dc Note how: 1. an undemocratic putsch is now defined as being 'popularly backed' making a weak attempt at legitimising it 2. the previous democratically elected government is now disparaged by simply being labelled Islamist. Black is white and white is black.
