I have recently done a minor surgery on my forehead and since I can't make it tahir I'm confused of what I should do.

Salam.

If you are bandaged, you can pray as normal. If the wound is open, cover it. If you are unable to fully complete wudu, you can do tamayyum. Allah is merciful and just. Do your best.

Thank you.

If you have a wound on a part of the body which requires wudhu but is constantly bleeding or if putting water on it is bad for you or it has a bandage/plaster covering it, then you have to do jabira wudhu:

Sister notme's response is only applicable in certain situations. I suggest reading that whole section and acting on it based on what your individual circumstances are.

As for sujood, if the wound doesn't cover your entire forehead, just do your sujood with another part of your forehead (if the wound is bleeding, it's best to cover that part with a bandage as it may accidentally touch your turbah and make it najis).
