How Iraqis behave toward Ayatollah Sistani?

well he is Iranian right? even his last name is Iranian. They see him as an outsider?

A lot of people claim that Sistani is Iraqi but there are also people claiming that he is a Iranian.

Anyways like Khameni is the highest one in Iran , we got also a person like Khameni, Sayed Sistani.

Everybody likes Sayed Sistani, especially after the fatwa in 2014 to defend Iraq against isis. His reputation had grown considerably

He is born in Mashhad and he is Iranian no doubt in that.

Some Years ago, In Iran some people were saying Imam Khomeini is Arab, and since Iranians have a common dislike for  Arabs for many reasons, like Attacking Iran all through the history since Umar to Saddam, It was an excuse to break peoples unity, and lower his popularity.

Arabs don't like Iranians, so the same story for Ayatollah Sistani, many Arabs  won't follow him, or say Iranians want to rule over Arabs... this type of stuff breaking unity

Regarding this assumptions what is your analysis?

Well I don't care about nationality. But what you are saying is true. Lot of Arabs don't want a Iranian ruler, nor the Iranian wants a Arab leader.

But in Iraq we don't care about the nationality of Sayed Sistani. Except the followers of the non-sayed Sarkhi.

gems

Walid Tabatabaie, the rabid nasibi kuwaiti sayyid says on twitter that ISIS tricked and laughed on the sunnis, used them then abandoned them after turning their cities to ashes...and retreated to desert...then he asks : where is it's slogan "Staying and expanding" XD

Adel Imam , an Egyptian actor said on twitter " I'm really amazed! They say 45k people are displaced out of Fallujah.. all these people were entrapped in the city by only 200 ISIS militants?

You are a joke

XD

This is something important: Qatar provides ammonium nitrate for ISIS and turkey offers safe spot for militants during heavy military campaign against ISIS held areas. so militants escape iraq or syria, get a vacation in turkey then return back when operations end.

Its known that Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar provides aid to ISIS, and ''the Moderate Rebels''.

ISIS and ''the moderater rebels'' stay first in the Gaziantep,Turkey, after preparing, they go to Syria.

Once arrived in Syria, those who want to go to Iraq, go through the desert. Or via Raqqa to Mosul.

Ok. But, the Americans are not local. Iraqis are local and know how to fight fellow Iraqis. Plus the current fight is also backed by Americans' aerial power. If Russians (a supper power) for example goes to South Lebanon to fight Israel, they are not going to fight Israel better than Lebanese in South Lebanon who often fights Israel. In wars these things really matter. This is about a brutal Sunni-extremist movement backed by local Sunni population who were angry for losing power after Saddam...

It was not about few thousands ISIS, it was a choice, the entire Sunni cities welcomed and preferred to be ruled by their own Takfiris than the government in Baghdad (that is called a Shia-government). And the entire Wahabi Gulf states supported, financed and organized the events for them.

And thanks God that those who welcomed and celebrated tested the brutal governance of the Takfiris... that was probably the entire plan... and God let them live for a few years under the Sharia that they were talking about against a so called Rafidhi Maliki government.

And hopefully Iraqis and their governments stop coming clean to the media and always try to show a good and innocent face. Because the media against them and the propaganda against them is financed with millions of dollars daily by Wahabi states... they did not make many friends in the west and doesn't matter what, they will be labeled as a Shia government and Shia militias who somehow hate the Sunnis and want to exclude them.

Why nobody speaks of the amount of oppression of Saudi or Bahraini governments against Shia population and do they really care?

They need to do their 'own thing' and establish their own rulings... even if they include Sunnis 80% in the government still they won't be happy... unless that is 100% like times of Saddam, unless they have an anti-Iran government who makes wars, unless they have a government who oppresses the Shia majority and ban their religious activities.

In Saudi or Bahrain or Emirates a Shia citizen cannot even become a local police officer but somehow when it comes to Iraq, everyone is speaking of including or excluding 15% Sunni Arabs into the government and what not... where Sunnis in Iraq for the last 13 years had more share in the government than any other minority in Arab or Muslim world... where they are in the army and have their own local police force, governors, ministers, MPs, freedom, religious freedom, and what not.

It is time to stop apologizing to the world, especially to the brutal and oppressor of Wahabi states.

For God's sake how come a Saudi ambassador is given permission to speak of Iraqi affairs, sectarianism, Shia militias, and what not while in his own country they beheaded one of the great Shia leader and scholar for 'freedom of speech' and for a speech against the ruling family?

I could probably write an essay about Fallujah and its residents. But given the amount of time and effort it would take me, I will have to just shorten it up.

At the end of the day, majority (>50%) of Fallujah has at some point collaborated, assisted, financed, or joined Da'esh. From the children, to the old men, majority of the city has betrayed their country. Fallujah is not the city of mosques, but a city of traitors. Even cities like Mosul, Tikrit, and Ramadi have people with dignity and respect for their country because they'll realize when they've made a mistake, but these Fallujans will only change their loyalties to save themselves. Most of Da'esh fighting there right now are residents of the city. In the video below you will see at 4:50 a commander of the Iraqi Army knows that some of these Dae'sh are lying to their faces.

This is why Western media will be quick to attack the Hashd or the Army when the men or boys are taken away for questioning. In Fallujah everyone is a suspect, and that's not even a bold statement. Most of the city still hates the government and still sympathizes with Dae'sh even if they don't show it to the Iraqi Army.

YOU STOLE MY WORDS BRO !!!

I tried to find the tweet that explain the alliance airforce role in simple graph but i couldn't. Basically , the airforce is making sure that the isis will get exist quickly before get caught, bomb key buildings to hide evidence, bomb and obstruct paths to hurdle the progress of the Hashd and if they can, bomb the hashd itself.

I think ISIS tactic has been abandoned by its sponsors, it is way too costly and can't be maintained politically wise so it has to go, then the classical guerrilla fights of Qaeda should resurfaced.

I have no clue how the Hashd, Hizbollah, Qasim Suliamani, saudis and americans plus isis are all in one blender but somehow dont get themselves mixed together withe act party having its own agenda XD

Which is why i think Shia played it smart in Fallujah, success in media, success with locals , success in diplomacy and success in achieving target against isis

Its not about the locals who are fighting.

The US used every weapon and every fighter to capture Fallujah. Even the Iraqi Army helped the US to Capture Fallujah. And even the Special Forces were involved in the Fallujah Battle.

A lot of weapons used inn the first battle, and the US failed.

Those insurgents had simple light weapons,  armed with RPGs, machine guns, mortar and anti-aircraft weapons.  By 6 April 2004, U.S. military sources said that "Marines may not attempt to control the center of the town.

'' to claim that U.S. forces were using cluster bombs against urban area'' And failed.

If the Iraqi army got these weapons right now, we would have captured whole Iraq in less than one year.

What happens in Fallujah doesn't stay in Fallujah: In the last week, the rate of attacks in Baghdad dropped to its lowest since March.

wasn't this the goal since the beginning ? I hope that the head of the snake will be cut properly, no more rubbish from pre-paid politicians who sell their own people from both Shia and Sunni groups.

Well, The main reason to capture Fallujah was because its ISIS headquarters in Fallujah.

But now we have two birds with one stone. Safety in Baghdad, and we are rid of isis
