I am from Jama'at-e-Ahmadiyya. I have very good shia friends. I am fond of reading books.
Reason for posting over here is that I had a different view of Shia Sunni debate books.
I am summarizing my understanding as under:
( 1 ) When Shah Abdul Aziz Muhaddis Dehelvi wrote "Tohfa Isna Asharia" or did sarqa of the book of Mulla Kabli ( as claimed by Shia debators ), many a shia scholar wrote the responses. A list can be found in many books including the one I have which is "Aayat-e-Muhakkamat". This book was written in response to Nawab Mohsin ul Mulk's "Aayat-e-Bayyanat". Author was Nawab's real brother.
( 2 ) I, after comparison, came to this conclusion that Imamia believe in the same Holy Quran. The only difference is that the Holy Quran according to order of revelation will be brought by the 12th Imam.
( 3 ) I also checked from various shia books that only sunni resources have been used to prove shia school of thought. I recently purchased the Urdu Translation of "Peshawar Nights" from Lahore.
Few days back I was surfing when came across this link of Lashkar e Jhangvi where 215 anti-shia books have been uploaded:
Is this possible if someone comes forward and share the shia responses or if responses to many books are not given then whats the reason? I can understand that there can be only three reasons why a response is not given:
Reason 1: The book cannot be refuted
Reason 2: The book is a repitition of old arguments already refuted
Reason 3: The book's arguments are already weak
If someone learned here can contribute I'll be grateful.
