Asalamo aleykom!
Hi there, I am new to this site and i am looking for some questions.
I always wanted to know why Imam Hassan Al-Askari got the "Nick-name" "Al-Askari" :donno:
I asked my parents, and my Uncle, But they didn't know why. So i hope that one of you know :)
Thanks!

Our Eleventh Imam’s title became known as ‘Askari, the one who lived all his life in a garrison town.
