PROPHET MUHAMMAD<S.A.W.W> SAID..

To acquire knowledge is binding upon all Muslims, whether male or female.

The ink of the scholar is more holy than the blood of the martyr.
He who travels in the search of knowledge, to him God shows the way of Paradise.
Acquire knowledge, because he who acquires it, in the way of the Lord, performs an act of piety; who speaks of it praises the Lord; who seeks it, adores God, who dispenses instruction in it, bestows alms; and who imparts it to its fitting objects, performs an act of devotion to God. I really like this message that you have wrote. Sobhana'Allah! Knowledge is truly a duty of all Moslems. I think that in particular, this applies to the Hawza ilmya Qom. Leaving the comfort of your own country & traveling to a totally new foreign country, with a different language & customs, all for the sake of Allah. We must always pray for the students of the Hawza because they are all preparing themselves to teach us all, & helping to spread Shia Islam worldwide.

Knowledge must also require the wisdom of other cultures, beliefs, and faiths. To limit it to a Shia understanding would be dangerous.

There is a bigger World out there and as people of this Earth, we must be willing to learn and understand.

Tolerance is a big key to survival of the Human Race.

Don't you agree?
