Question:

What is the origin of the supplication Nadey Ali? When was it first
recited, by whom and in what circumstances. Also, if you could provide
references with your reply, I would be very grateful.

Answer:

NAdey Ali Mazharal Ajaib..... is a small Dua which, like all other Duas,
have come down to us through a chain of narrators. This Dua like a hadith
has to undergo a treatment with the Maraji who would then be the best
judge to the authenticity of the Dua.

With regards to Nadey Ali, Ayatullah Khui (ra) responded to a question
answering that the Riwayat (tradition) is not established as authentic in
his view.

I have the original of this question and answer in Arabic and perhaps this
could be the very reason that Shaykh Abbas Al-Qummi (ra) chose not to
include this in Mafatihul Jinaan.

If ever Black Magic is done on you, this one of the routes to dispel it.

IF ever overwhelmed by grief, depression, anything, just try it.

You will be taught to fight with the sword of your soul and all grief will be dispelled.

When he's gone, you will miss the whole experience, but he's got jobs to do, souls to save, can't expect him to keep us company all the time.

May Allah ÓÈÍÇäå æÊÚÇáì bestow all lovers of Ahlulbayt (as) the companionship and intercession of Ahlulbayt (as).

Jis shakhs kay bhejay mein likha Naad-e-Ali hey

Naad-e-Ali ka wird jo kerti chali gai
Umr-e-rawan sukoon se guzarti chali gai
Mout aa rahi thi dekha jo lab pe Naam-e-Ali
Mujh se milay bagher guzarti chali gai
Jis ne Dar-e-Husain per sar ko jhuka diya
Woh shakhsiyat jahan mein ubharti chali gai
Duniya mein zikr-e-Aal-e-Muhammad na ruk saka
Duniya yeh aarzoo liye marti chali gai
-----------------------------------------------------

Woh apnay hissay mein solid sawab rakhtay hain
Dil mein tehreer ho jis kay Naad-e-Ali
Woh ghar mein Lamp nahi aftaab rakhtay hain
Ali kay jitney laqab hain sab aasmani hain
Woh aur hongay jo local khitab rakhtay hain
-----------------------------------------------------
Har ibadat hey meri Yaad-e-Ali kay saey mein
Kat rahi hey zindagi Aulad-e-Ali kay saey mein
Maut khud mamoor hey meri hifazat kay liye
Har ghari rehta hoon mein Naad-e-Ali kay saey mein
-----------------------------------------------------
Heybat-e-Naad-e-ALI mein ye qareena dekha
Raqs karta hua khushki per safeena dekha
Jab bhi mushkil mein liya naam-e-Ali ghabra kar
Mein ne mushkil ki shikan per bhi paseena dekha

Midhat-e-Hyder ki agar baat nahi ho sakti
Aap sey meri mulaqat nahi ho sakti
Ishq-e-Hyder na karon aur karon jannat ki talab
Itni kam-zarf meri zaat ho nahi sakti
Meray honton pe saji rehti hey bus Naad-e-Ali
Is se achi tou munajat nahi ho sakti
Mera dawa hey Gham-e-Shah mein roey jo koi
Qabr mein us kay kabhi raat nahi ho sakti

'Naad-e-Ali' was brought by Archangel Jibraeel A.S. from the Almighty Allah SWT to the Holy Prophet SAWAW on the event of the Battle of Khaybar. Its recitation has multi purpose effects, some of them are as under:-

It is reported through reliable sources that when all the notable companions of the Holy Prophet failed to make headway at Khaybar, Jibrail came with the text of Naadi Ali and asked the Holy Prophet to call Ali through this. The Holy Prophet accordingly recited this divine revelation, and Mawla Ali who was staying at home because of an eye infection, came and conquered the fort of Khaybar.

Naad-e-Ali, both large and small, are very affective for all purposes, particularly to overcome enemy, to come through tight situations, to withstand crises, to avoid accidents, and to have freedom from danger.

It is also recited from sufficient means of livelihood, for prosperity and overall welfare.

In the battlefield warriors recite Naad-e-Ali to get better of the attacking opponents.

To bring an important and urgent task to successful completion recite it 7 times.

Recite 18 times over a glass of water and drink it to cure any type of disease.

Before going to meet a person or a group of persons who hold the key to your problem recite it three times, insallah, the outcome will be in your favour.

Recite it 20 times if you want your debts to repaid within reasonable time.

Recite it 10 times daily if you are childless and desire to have a child.

Keep a glass of water in front of you. Recite 5 times and make the expectant mother drink the water. The delivery will be easy and painless.

A sure protection against enemies and misfortunes if it is written on paper and put on the right arm.

# If someone is sorrounded by enemies, s/he should recite 'Naad-e-Ali' on some earth and throw it towards the enemies, its effect will be that the enemies can't do any harm to the reciter of this.

# If one is afraid of enemies s/he should recite it 27 times daily, enemies will be humiliated.

# To be safe from evil effects of sorcery recite 7 times on water, drink some of it and take bath with the remaining water.

# To remove the bad effects of a poison write Naad-e-Ali on a china clay plate, with saffron, then recite it 21 times and wash the plate with clean water and give that water to the affected person to drink.

So just because something works, we let our emotions take over and pass it off as authentic without any basis? Even the Hindus claim that praying to their gods results in miracles.

Recognising Imam Ali (as) is recognising Islam.

Imam Ali (as) needs no introduction... the son of hazrat Abu Talib, the cousin and son-in-law of holy Prophet, the husband of leader of the women of the world Bibi Zahra (sw), the father of the princes of jannah Imam Hasan (as) and Imam Hussain (as), the Lion Of Allah swt, the gateway of knowledge, the mightiest of mighty, a rare combination of the master of the pen and sword ...

I don't know what you mean by emotions taking over. Whenever I have called to him, my Maula has come to my rescue. I call him when I'm scared, in comfort or in loneliness and he has always, always answered. And has always led me to victory.

His name is the greatest spiritual resort to me whenever I seek the help of God through his medium. Thousands and thousands of people call out to him in their difficulties, and the word "Ya Ali Madad", automatically comes to them. Why?

For nothing has Imam Ali (as) said that you can shake mountains, but not someone's faith.

i can quote the biggest scholar and the greatest one : Allah AZZA WAJAL

Allah the Most Exalted said:

And invoke not besides Allah any that will neither profit you nor hurt you, but if (in case) you did so, you shall certainly be one of the Zalimun (polytheists and wrongdoers). And if Allah touches you with hurt, there is none who can remove it but He; and if He intends any good for you, there is none who can repel His Favour which He causes it to reach whomsoever of His slaves He will. And He is the Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

A dua [whether having a chain or not] can never be considered an innovation. Every personal dua which reformer invokes after his prayers, then is bid'ah. So, I guess he's never asked anything from Allah ÓÈÍÇäå æÊÚÇáì either.

If we are ghali in asking the Aimmah Úáíå ÇáÓáÇã, then those who are against it are nothing but salafis.
