  1. Shia Halal Meat V Sunna Halal Meat

  2. Shia Halal Meat V Sunna Halal Meat

OH DEAD PEOPLE WOULD YOU WAKE UP AND ANSWER... NO WONDER SHIA ARE NOT UNITED AND IT IS TRUE WHEN THEY SAY SHIA ARE DIVIDED! 60 VIEWS AND NO ONE CARE TO ANSWER MY QUESTION... YOU DO CARE ABOUT SOME GUY GOT KILLED IN TOOTING, BUT HELPING SOMEONE TRYING TO FEED HIS WIFE AND CHILDREN A HALAL MEAT IS YOUR LAST CONCERN.
  3. Your fav sport and why?

is there anyone plays basketball in london? i'm not prof in it but enjoy playing it and know the rules. i know some people play football in Regent's park but dont know about the basketball.
  4. Alsalam Alaykom brothers and sister... I have a question about the REAL halal meat. We the Shia say the halal meat is the one of slaughtered animal by the Islamic way which is done by the knife or any sharp object and having the knife cut under the throat, saying the tasmia, head the animal to the qiblah...etc. Shia and Sunna are on the same page in this. But the split comes when we deal with the non-Muslim slaughtered meat and specifically when the person who does the slaughter is Jew or Christian. We as Shia don't recognize the non-Muslim slaughtered animal meat as Halal. Sunnis have no problem with it and they say if the chicken or the cow got stunned and died then this is not halal meat. If the animal got stunned to paralyze it and then gets its neck cut by a sharp object then it is Halal meat and you just need to do tasmia (bismiliah) and eat it. As they see the neck cut process is similar to the Islamic way. Now I'm a Shi-e would like to buy a real halal meat. Can you tell me where can i find one in London? I buy the meat from a shop that i saw its meat delivered by a company called Tariq Halal Meat. I also buy beef burger and other meat frozen product from a company called Zad and some other Turkish companies. Do you know any other trusted companies or shops sell Halal meat products? Some advised me Asda but still can't trust it as it could be selling the Halal meat on the Sunni way which is say bismilah and eat!!! please advice and may Allah reward you..

  8. Is Ealing any good?

Dear Hashim, I came today to Ealing Broadway... I went out of the station and headed left, at the corner i saw Sainsbery... i walked along that street until shops on both side became less. I turned back and saw barrots at the corner, i turned right and moved stright till i reached an empty park, i walked there and saw some victorian houses in small streets, i reached Green Church then went back to the station. I saw that shopping centre and saw that Christmas tree in the middle yard. I saw some property agents shops and checked thier ads, most of them advertised houses in W5. I tried to look for halal shops or something but the weather was so cold, so i headed back. A friend told me about someone who lives in ealing, so we will seek his assistance as well. your help Hashim is so useful, u gave me informative vision of the city. I also noticed the class of the people there, thier type was not like kilburn or shepherd's bush people. summary, i liked the area around the station and it got many shops that will serve you without needing to go to the centre. the thing now is i need to know the places that you recommend to rent a house in it. which bus should i take from the station and where should i tell the driver to drop me off? i just want to see the houses from outside and the neighborhood.
  9. Is Ealing any good?

Dear Hashim, Thank you very much for these fabulous information. As for living cricklewood and surrounding places, I frankly didn't like it, it looked crowded and packed. I have a friend living in a place near horrow road, he moves by that long bus that people can enter it from front and rear, and there is no tube line near him. No offense but i saw some places near Kilburn full of immigrants from particular part of the world and i didn't feel it safe for a family. Living in ealing will make it hard for us to attend the majalis. Today i went to al-majlis al-husseini in shepherd's bush, i had to leave before 11:45 so i can catch the bus because there are no night buses to the place i wanted to go. if i had a car, it would have been easier but i still not sure about having a car, people say it is not expensive, but its fueling and other maintains stuff costs much. I still need to go someday to discover Ealing. here are some questions: - which is safer? a house or a flat? - we might need to install Arabsat dish, it doesn’t matter as long as we sort it out with the landlord, right? - what do you mean by Broadway and living away from it? isn't same as ealing? - if i arrive at Ealing Broadway station and wanted to discover potential areas that i would rent a flat or a house there, which direction i should go and how far? I ‘m sorry but questions keep coming out lol thanks
  10. Is Ealing any good?

Thanks so solid Shia for the info. imranali, i'm looking for a respected arabic, community where we enjoy our neighborhood and buy Halal food and meat. No offense for Sunni brothers but I doubt if they sell really Halal meat, i don't mean the whole sunnis shops but some of them sell meat brought from a christian supplier.
  11. Is Ealing any good?

(salam) Salam Alaykom brothers and sister... I’m new to this forum and also to London. I need your help and advice if you don’t mind. I would like to move to a 2 bedroom apartment, it is for me and my mother and teen ager sister. People advised me to live in Ealing, near the Ealing Broadway Station, well not really close it to avoid the noise. People said that I must look for a school for my sister, ask them about the areas post codes that they accept student from, then I can look for an apartment. I am thinking of a 2 bed room house, but people say flat inside a building is safer, others favour house because you will be free to install a satellite dish while you can’t in the flat. I was advised also with Greenford, but a friend said Ealing is a better place. I’m getting confused and don’t know what to do. Please share with me any useful info.
