  1. Iblis in Sufism

    Even contradicts the Quran too.
  2. What responsibility do I have?

    Pretty much, besides it is between her and Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى, she is not compelled to follow Islam.
  3. Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving to all or Thanksgiving mubarak!
  4. Allahumma salli ala Muhammadin wa ali Muhammadin wa ajjil faraja hum. Astaghfirillah.
  5. They would be descended from the Earth and still hominids but they wouldn't be homo sapiens sapiens anymore.
  6. Yes, very much so, an evolutionary divergence between humans on earth versus humans in space wouldnt happen for thousands and thousands of years.
  7. Sounds ok to me, although I think the some of the righteous should accompany those going to space.
  8. It is possible, we don't all need to go to space. Just send some people into space and leave the rest of us to fix the Earth.
  9. They tend explain that Jesus is God in the flesh and is in a state of hypostases with the Father and Holy Spirit. In other words, there are three distinct essences or natures in one God. It is really confusing to me, so don't feel bad about being confused too. Maybe, look at this: The Bible/Torah seems to support that humanity especially is an Image of God ^
  10. End of ISIS

Hatred, sis. Takes people down really dark places, they genuinely believe that they are right and unbelievers deserve nothing but death.
  11. End of ISIS

Daesh has already done that, I believe the Sufyaani will do truly unspeakable that not mentioned in hadiths.
  12. End of ISIS

Yes, I saw a picture of a baby so horribly mutilated that I couldn't tell if it was human or not.
  13. Iran vs KSA ?

No problem, but you have a history of being divisive yourself. I don't know what you think that you have a right to judge anybody else in this thread. ^ This is what you really wanted to say, no point in beating around the bush and acting polite. P.S. I don't see any racism either, so I don't know what you are talking about. Another one of your pot-stirring posts as usual.
  14. Yes, I do. Sometimes, I have to because people refuse to or it is too hard for them to understand.
  15. Thoughts 2017

    No problem.
  16. Must a person believe in their heart?

A person must believe in his heart in the Oneness of God, first and foremost, from that person also would naturally believe in the Angel, Prophets and Messengers. If he believed in that, he would be inclined to believe in the final message and Prophethood of Muhammad (saws). If he believed in this, then he naturally and logically accept the Imamate as a safeguard for the message of Muhammad (saws) and guide for him. Believing in the heart is not the same as simply believing because you want to, it is much profound and personal. There is no compulsion for somebody to believe.
  17. Thoughts 2017

You could have fed an entire family for a year with that money, instead of buying things that eventually go out of style and fall apart/get lost after a few years.
  18. Found a lost item?

1- Right, but you misunderstood my question, what is the punishment for stealing from fellow Muslims? Would make more sense said Muslim to simply hand it over to the police than claiming the property for him from a ethical and moral point of view? Assuming that the Muslim who took was unaware of the original owner's religion. 2. Ok, fair enough but you do see a problem, no? 3. To make this discussion worthwhile, please define the definition of sacroscant in the context of this scenario. Because this is my definition of the word sacrosanct:
  19. Found a lost item?

    1. What if the non Muslim person was holding the suitcase for another Muslim and lost it before the Muslim in the question found it? What is he supposed to do? 2. Furthermore, what happens if the non Muslim owner converted to Islam. Does it then become a crime punishable by sharia? 3. What is the logic, reasoning and arguments for this ruling? I don't quite understand it. Claiming property that belongs to somebody else is the minimal definition of theft and the punishment or hadd for theft is amputation of the right hand. Clearly this ruling is a contradiction of the latter.
  20. Desire for a huge family

Nah, I don't think so. It will cost some money though and it is easier to have 5+ kids plus in places like Azerbaijan, Georgia or Iran because the cost of living is cheaper than say, the USA or Australia.
  21. Is a suicide attempt a sin?

By the way, sister, you don't have to take him to court, a little chat from the police ought to do the trick. In the meantime, you should find group activities to do. The more you are out of the house and away from your dad, the better.
  22. Is a suicide attempt a sin?

Maybe, at the most they would put a restraining order on him and recommend you move out. Maybe your father will realize that hitting you is wrong and will stop after a chat with the police. Yes, and he left Azar after asking Allah to forgive Azar after the former threaten to stone him. I expect you defend yourself and never let anyone hit you, no matter who it is. Ok, but it's not normal for a father to hit his daughter, Muhammad(saws) never ever struck his daughter Fatima (sa). What makes your dad hit you? Your safety is equally important as your education. Your father is setting a terrible and un-Islamic example for your siblings by taking his anger and hurting you. You're scared and they probably think it is ok and acceptable.
  23. Is a suicide attempt a sin?

I still don't understand why you won't call the police, everyone is afraid of him and I am sorry to say but you don't have a proper, functioning family. It is pointless to worry about family image at this point in time. There is no reason why you should let this continue, you are in danger. Your father could kill someone, let the police help before he does something drastic.
  24. Is a suicide attempt a sin?

Why do you not want to report your family? Could you explain that to me? I am having trouble understanding this part. I might have a solution if you tell me. Yes, but you will be forgiven if you sincerely repent and never try to commit suicide again. Allah loves the sincere and repentant, so never despair over His Mercy.
  25. what is wrong with this Trump's decision?

That is exactly like Israel, they built walls and station troops around the West Bank to "protect" illegal landgrabbers and themselves from Palestinians. Watch this: Then watch this: The purpose of the wall is defeated and meaningless. In other words, a waste of time and money.
