Bismillah ar-Rahman ar-Rahim.

Dear Br/Sr, As-Salaam Alaykum.
What are your views about the Muslimahs who claim they love the daughters of Sayidah Fatimah az-Zahra (sa) and Mawla Ali (as); Sayidah Zaynab al-Kubra (sa) and Sayidah Zaynab as-Sughra Um-Kulthum (sa), and yet do not wear Hijaab?

Asalaamu alaikum,

I do not see it as being anything less than calling her your friend and taking a dagger and stabbing into her back.  And that goes for all the "shi'ah" women who use the makeup outside, wear the high heel shoes outside, use the perfume outside, use the tampons, wear the flashy colors, wear jewelry that jingles, show their henna to men, and/or worst of all manage to exercise any position of judgment, authority, or administration, and especially over men.  A woman who violates Hijab flagrantly in ANY of these ways is truly disgracing everything our beloved Syeda Zainab (S.A.), Syeda Fatima (S.A.), and Syeda Khadija (S.A.) stood for and should repent for their shamefulness and return to the esteem of honor and modesty, so as not to be the cause of tears in our beloved Zainab (S.A.)'s eyes and the vengeance of our awaited saviour, Imam-e-Zamana (A.S.).

Hijab is much more than a headscarf and always has been.  Qur'an along with Ahlul Bayt (A.S.)'s living representation, through their sayings and actions, of the far-reaching obligations of Hijab and its importance are a living testament to it, and that all-encompassing Hijab is as much a cure now to the ailments and degradation of society as it has ever been...

fee amanillah,

Ibrahim

"Know that - may Allah have mercy on you - you are living at a time when those who speak about right are few, when tongues are loath to utter the truth and those who stick to the right are humiliated. The people of this time are engaged in disobedience. Their youths are wicked, their old men are sinful, their learned men are hypocrites, and their speakers are sycophants. Their youngs do not respect their elders, and their rich men do not support the destitute."-Imam Ali (A.S.)

"A woman is a flower, NOT an administrator." - Imam Ali (A.S.) (Tuhaf-ul-Uqool, Maxims of Imam Ali (A.S.), pg. 96)

um, brother...you do realize that the sort of feminine protection a woman chooses to use during her monthly cycle has nothing to do with her hejab...right?
Those sorts of things are 'female" issues which men have no right to comment on, or even to discuss. Its called having some male hayah.
