salaam, that is incredbly sad. I didn't realise how young he was. Death is tragic/sad at whatever age but especially poingnant at such a young age. May his family be granted sabr. No words are enough at this time salaam

Youths should not sit still until the dust of age turns them grey. While you are young, you are able to accomplish something. However, if you do not think about reform and making something of yourselves while you are young, it will be too late when you become old. Think, while you are young, before you become old and exhausted. Founder of Islamic Revolution - Imam Khomeini (RA)

From God we are and unto Him we return.

May the bereaved family have the courage and the patience to bear his loss.
The Strategist
____thinking laterally, outside the square

"And one of His signs is that He created mates for you from yourselves that you may find rest in them, and He put between you love and compassion; most surely there are signs in this for a people who reflect."

And all things We made in pairs, so that you may give thought. (51:49)

Sanctified is He who has made all pairs of what the earth grows, of themselves, and of those things of which they have no knowledge. (36:36)

May Allah Hasten the return of the Imam of the Time, upon whom be peace.

Females aren't usually there during the burial. I'm not sure if it's a religious thing, otherwise I'm pretty sure it's a cultural thing.

Females aren't allowed to come to the burying, though they can go to the funeral beforehand.

Yes, the first picture is very Sehra like. A mother's armaan... :(

mabus:
And yes, women are allowed to attend burials in a grave yard. It may not be a recommended act (unsure), but it's allowed.
