Folks, here are some super duper tips from experts and a couple of me mates who have actually lost weight.
1) Change your timings for the main meals everyday. Don't let your body set timings for the meals everyday. This way, when it's expecting food and it doesn't get any, it will eat itself ( fat )
Example:
Day 1: Breakfast - 7:00 am, Lunch - 12:00 pm, Dinner - 7:00 pm
Day 2: Breakfast - 10:00 am, lunch - skip , Late lunch - 5:00 pm
Day 3: Breakfast - 8:00 am, lunch - 2:00, Dinner - 8:00
2) Don't fill your tummy in the main meals. Rather leave some empty space. If you find it too hard then rather eat 4-6 times a day (leaving stomach half empty) instead of eating 3 times a day but filing your tank like a camel !
3) Don't drink too much water after main meals. Drink before or an hour (or two) after you eat food.
4) Quit soft drinks like coke, pepsi .....especially not to be taken during meals.
5) A bit of exercise boosts weight loss !

I don't know it this has been mentioned - tooo many posts to go through
I try to keep my BMI around 20 - which seems to be good for my age and particular body type. If I am relatively inactive, I think I lose muscle mass and my BMI falls. But, if I am involved in regular activity, it goes up a little. My range this year has been 19.4 to 20.3.
As you get older, your BMI tends to go up, but it is important to keep it above 17 and below 25 to help maintain optimum health and activity. That is, you will be happiest because feel your best.

I agree, Alhumdulilah I am really happy with my weight and I still wouldn't post it publicly. It feels unnecessary to disclose your physical attributes on an online forum! And thanks for the friend request

Yes of course, I am not fat. I am very thin to be honest. I work out eating right and exercising. Even though the weight I currently am is not consider fat, I still think that is too personal.
