who watches alim online on geo tv
i don like that program coz of that guy aamir liaquat hussain i donno how ppl like him and just praise him all the time on phone calls
he never calls those ulema who stop his say or deny him and cuts whatever he doesn't like in the answer of shiaulema
how can ppl like him

His brother isn't a shia or anything. He just loves to cause mischief and that is it! He is well financed, and works against us! He is a self proclaimed Ayatullah, was imprisoned in Iran, arrested for causing trouble in Karachi, calls Khamenei' to be the leader of all the terrorist organizations of the world, claims to be a sort of Messiah or something..

n yeah gr8 progs whr telecasted this Ramadhan on the 21ST ABT Hazrat Ali as from most of the channels hr in Pakistan

It is kind of funny when at the end of the show aamir recites this naat and the sunni molvi is like enjoying every bit of it, eyes closed moving head from side to side and the shia 'alim is sitting all serious.

LOL, hes a funny dude. too fake. I watch the show from time to time. I am happy that they dont ignore the shia side completely.

^ the guy really is fake (no doubt about that) but I really like the show for 2 reasons;
a) many people in Pakistan know very little about religion and dont have a good medium where they can ask day-2-day questions, and i think Aalim online is doing a great job in that regard.
that is the only show i know of which gives shias an equal time and share, it is great for the unity of muslims in Pakistan.

Lastly, how can you call that guy Yazeed ???????? sure u dont like him I dont like him either, but calling someone Yazeed is totally uncalled for :@

when u know somebody is doing wrong we can refer to them as bieng bad ....take the example of Prophet Muhammad calling the la3een in the battle of khandaq a DOG....

Quran :

Dr. Iqbal(the ideologist behind pakistan) said,

'Kabhi ae nojawan muslim tadabbur bhi kiya tu nay'

The baisic idea of the progrmme is 'muslim integraty' ,harmony among different sects & to give a know-how to the ppl belonging ro various sects about eachother.no doubt communication is the best way to resolve differences,so its certainly a good effort & should be applishiaded.

But before taking into account of aamir liaqat`s postures ,has sombody realized that there may be political reasons behind this progrmme ?? dont u think that aamir is merely a puppet who is running this programme according to the advice of the programme manager & the channel holder itself ??
Cud it be a another step of a chain of 'Ittehad banul muslameen' series in accordance with the prevailing policy of the gov regarding minimizing sectarian divide ??
