Is his age reported anywhere? Maybe he was old and a bit frail.
I hope the girl is punished, but I appreciate her frustrations. Reminds me of the time my mother was badly treated by 2 very rude and aggressive ladies from the moral police.The issue? My knees were showing. I was a 10 year old.
Also reminds me of the time I was in the haram of emam reza, roosari + manto + trousers + chador, my chador slipped off head and some random guy asked me to cover myself. THAT was annoying.

ive had that happen to me when i went to iran in the summer when i was 12. i waz wearing a t shirt with short sleevs and this guy kept yelling something at nme and my cousins were leik leave him alone but he wouldnt so finally my dad came and argued with him and was leik leave it to me to raise my kid and the guy finaly left.

He is judging based on and in accordance to God's criteria of morality, so in reality if you think about it; It's Allah The All-Just who is judging, not the man.
