I live with my sister in the UK and we are both full time students and we dont have much time to cook good healthy meals, does anybody have links to easy peasy healthy dishes that are quick to make.
or even if its yourown invented dish you are welcome to post it and I will InshAllah make it.

boil pasta, as much as you want. once its boiled, take some mayonnaise, about 1 cup [depending on how much you make] and mix it with the pasta. add stuff like chopped bell peppers, carrots, lettuce, beans, etc. sprinkle some salt, and black pepper, for flavor. viola! feast is complete.
there are a lot of variations of the recipe online, take your pick. sorry my directions are so vague

- Heat oilve oil in a pan and stir in onion, pepper and chillies. Cook until they begin to soften. Add tomatoes and mix well.
- Then crack the eggs in it. Cover the pan and cook it all over a low heat.
- Optionally: add parsley and other seasonings on the top
- Be creative, you may add more vegetables!
