Of course to ulema, go contact them where you live, and read the books on your own too. Check the narrations they tell you, discuss with them in detail whatever you want to, only if you are sincere to learn.

that's your failure in differentiating between Wilayat and Tafweez because of having an eye on only a single narration which condemns Tafweez without trying to understand the scope of Tafweez.

Keeping in mind the various verses of the Quran and narrations of the Imams both against Mufawiza and those narrations talking about their authority power, the clear conclusion is that the condemned belief of Tafweez is that one beliefs that Allah has delegated any matter to the Ahlulbait such that now Allah (swt) as no role and it's the Imams who do everything.

This same understanding is also explained by al-Khoi and Khomeini. And the word Wilayat-e-Taqweeni was coined for this very reason to differentiate between Wilayat and Tafweez.

I have a couple of more narrations which guide us towards this understanding of Tafweez, inshallah will post them later for those who are actually willing to understand the truth by looking across the wide range of narrations rather than sticking on to a single narration.

This is what people fail to understand.

Even in Tafweed in matters of Shariyat it should be known that what ever the Prophet (saww) says is only as per the Wahi and as per the will of Allah ÓÈÍÇäå æÊÚÇáì.

This matter is very clear from the verse of the Quran:

æóãóÇ íóäØöÞõ Úóäö Çáúåóæóì  - Nor does he say (aught) of (his own) Desire.

Åöäú åõæó ÅöáóøÇ æóÍúíñ íõæÍóì - It is no less than inspiration sent down to him [53:3]


And Prophet Muhammad (saww) made this very clear even in one of his sermon before death.
