Of course [it is expected] from you to look after the Hijab that was approved by Islam,
and this is from the lawful trust of your value.
All of the rights that are for a man belong to a woman as well.
The right to vote [and] the right to nominate [and] the right to own with all its forms
That which is for a man is for a woman as well
However there are situations that prevent the men from the robe of corruption and the likes
However there are [also] situations that prevent the women from the moral corruption
The [religion of] Islam prevented what would lead to the corruption from the situations that go agasinst the chastity of a woman
The [religion of] Islam intended to keep humane nature of a woman protected
And so that [she] is not a toy in the hands of men

Rough translation, and Allah (swt) knows best.
