^ Thank you for the question. Well, the Kodiak is the largest of the brown bears, so this is to their advantage, but the Grizzly is known to employ the sneaky tactic, such as eating rotten salmon and breathing it into their opponants face.

^ Thank you for your interest =) No bears in Africa as far as im aware, unless in zoo's/private collections, but there are brown bear populations in the ME. I have heard of brown bears living in the mountains in Iraq (and probably Iran), also Syria and perhaps some other places, but the populations are probably quite low compared to Russia and north America, who are pretty spoilt for bears.

^ =D I checked about Africa: the Atlas bear lived in north Africa (living in Atlas mountains) but is now thought to be extinct =( it was brpwn and smaller than a north American black bear and wore red pants. Bears are so superb

Ok last question and i am not sure about this one but from my islamic research its allowed:
My 3 year old cousin wants to feed a wild bear? Its just a small fish he will feed and i will take pictures from far away. No na mahrams will be around and it most likely will be night when the poor bear is hungry. So my question is it haram to take pictures of animals?
