Walaikum Assalam, that's perfectly fine if you're unable to reach a mosque to pray Friday Prayers.
There are some hadiths that state it's better to pray at home even.

As Salaam Alykkum, I'm 14 years old. Its Ramadan and never I went to mosque. But I'm praying at home alone. Is this ok? Any suggestion? I reverted to Islam and my parents don't know my intention to be Muslim. So please do assist me on this.

mA brother! May Allah (swt) reward you bountifully iA! You are most welcome here.
As far as your question, there is no obligation to attend a masjid for a Muslim, however many benefits it may have, so praying at home by yourself is more than fine. I haven't ever heard of it being better to pray at home alone, as the second poster mentioned, as it is 70 x's more rewarding to pray in congregation. But all the same there is no problem with praying by yourself.
Would your parents support you if they knew that you decided to become a Muslim?

Never will they support. They will only send me out of home. I was heavily advised when I had Muslim as a close friend in school. So if they know I am a Muslim. They will for sure take severe action and punish me...

Subhaanallaah for you conversion! Just keep praying at home, no need to worry. There is no need to expose your religion to everyone around you. Inshaa'allaah now that you found the path of tawheed, you will also find the path of 'imaan, which if faith; a prerequisite to be a mu'min. Feel free to ask any of your questions around the site.

It's okay the pray at home, but it's better to say the Jumuah prayer as a group prayer.
You can also check out Surah Al-Jumu'ah.
