Anyone notice that the man playing Sayyed Abbas (qs) is actually his son Yassir? My mom just told me, subhanAllah, I knew the person was too similar looking to Sayyed Abbas (qs) to just be coincidence.

Assalam Alikum.
What was the fitna that made Hizb and Amal kill each other for years?

Money, Power, Greed
Its a shame because it was such a seedy time, no one knew anything and what was going on, all everyone knew was "this guy from the harake killed my cousin, because he was part of the hezb" then you heard "the hezb killed my cousin, bec he was part of the harake" and so forth and so forth. Thats in the end what it narrowed down to.
People in the Hezb didnt like the way things were going in Amal, under Nabih Berri & co. People in the Harake, didnt like the extremism of the Hezb. Before you know it it was Shia killing Shia. Dont forget the Syrians had a massive hand in this, which is why like i have mentioned many times, i support Bashar, only because he is the lesser of 2 evils, but at the end of the day, Syria did screw us over a fair few times over in the war. But thats politics, your never going to find a best friend in the world of lies and deceit !!!
Personally, the killing of Hariri was the BEST THING, that could of ever happened to the Shia, bec it made us unite, and give it a few more years, and ocne the older generation of Hezb/Harake supporters go, then it will be back to Shia w bass. At least people from the Harake & Hezb are intermarrying these days lol, this would of NEVER happened back in the days lol

I think they made Sajed's father (Ahmad Al-Zein) die to soon... Ah how it makes me miss Janoub especially the terrace of Sajed's parents... Look how it's like in a valley, covered by the shadow of lush green mountains...
I have to say the one nice thing about the Jnoob in the winter is how lush and greeeeeeeeeen everything is. In the summer, its just dry and waiting for some kid to light a fire or israeli napalm.
I actually remember watching the helicopters drop balls of fire to burn out the mountains surrounding our village and napalm as a child. Its a memory ill NEVER forget

In Eids even, instead of lighting fireworks with fire, I'd light a huge fire and throw fireworks in it... Many "accidents" used to occur with me and my zippo...
Yeah man, I love when choppers do that... In 2006 I saw planes do that as well... very fast balls though... LOL... And the warship missiles, I'd follow it them with my eyes until they hit da7yeh, a real sight to behold... Hehe...

Yes....
Then if they could have managed to annex it, they would have farmed it or allowed it to become lush and green once again all the while taking credit for it (even though they were the ones who destroyed it) by saying, "no one cared for this land before....look what we have done for it after the ignorant, ungrateful, savage Lebanese let it die."

Yes thats true, but also during the Insariya operation, where all those spec op israelis got slaughtered, there was alot of harake involved in that fight as back up. Actually right after the battle was over, it was all harake who stayed behind for the cameras, and one of them holding up the face of that Israeli Sapper, who was blown to bits when a stray bullet hit the C4 he was carrying lol...

That is very true. I mean they credit the Israelis with making half the roads in the Jnoob lol, bec before them it was mainly dirt. The Leb gov never did anything, and after the Israelis left, it was the Iranians who kept our roads going after the 2006 war.
BUt did you know that on the Israeli side of the border, where all those apples are, that massive lush green field, is actually Lebanese soil ? What i mean by that is during the occupation days, i think it was 96 or 97 they were in truck loads taking soil from Lebanese land, and using it on the Israeli side of the border. It was cheaper for them, they didnt have to buy it in Israel, so some soldiers got their cut in Lebanon, and they scored a heap of dirt for free, and now everyone who goes to the border is like "whoahhh look how nice Israel is, and look at Lebanon"
Well why dont we let the Palestinians occupy that part for 30 years, then We occupy it for another 30 years after them, and scorch it a thousand times, while have the UN in our back pocket, and them having a gov in Tel Aviv that doesnt care about them.
It grinds me sooooooooo much !!!!!
