Divorcing, Islamic Way
Posted 22 July 2012 - 01:06 PM
I know that this isnt a good subject to talk about, and no its not for me because im not even married.
Some pairs r not made for each other, even how hard they try, the complications always come.
I had a discussion in my high school class for some years ago, and we had about islam. Then the discussion went to divorcing, and of course since im not living in an islamic country, the displeasure between my non-muslim classmates begun.
Anyways, could anyone summarize what a woman/man have to do when they wants to divorce?
And what will happen if only one of them wants to, like the woman?
"Live amongst people in such a manner
that if you die, they weep over you
and if you are alive, they crave for your company."
- Imam Ali (a.s)
