This website was made specifically to draw attention to target killings of Shia in Pakistan. It began with a YouTube channel and then became an official website. And now it's banned in Pakistan. The gov. Banned this site while sites which openly preach the murder and expulsion of all Shias from Pakistan are still accessible. (SSP, LeJ,HYC)

Why did they ban it? Because more Shia's are exposed to videos that show violence against them. And their is no shortage of guns in Pakistan. It's only a matter of time before the Shia stop begging the Army and gov. to act and take things into their own hands.
But banning this site was a real idiotic move on PTA part, it will only show the Pakistani Shia community that the gov. does not care about violence against them. Even Moderate/Liberal Shias are becoming aware of the gov. inactivity against stopping these killings.
Here's a video of the Chilas incident, they attack and checked I.D cards for Shia names and then checked Men back for zanjeer markings. In the end they found 13 Shia's and executed them.

Many of them are state proxies cultivated by the ISI (Pakistani CIA) to use against India in Kashmir. Many of them are non gov. affiliated terrorist organisations. Some are neo-Islamist that poped up after the Afghan war. Some are anti-gov Terrorist Organizations. Its a tribal like situation with various terrorist groups with different loyalties.
But In the end they all agree that Shias are infidels and need to be removed from Pakistan. The "Silent Majority" in Pakistan are against them, but afraid to do anything about them. The Shia's want the law to arrest and prosecute their leaders.
In the end the gov. banned the website because people it's legitimacy would drown even further for its inability to bring stability to the country.
