Actually the normal weight BMI is from 18.5-25. Over weight is 25-30, OBESE is 30-35.
That is unless you think a healthy weight is Anorexic.

Just incase y'all didn't know it, BMI is a relatively poor indicator of health and wellness, and body fat level. For example, I knew someone with a BMI of 28, but he was pretty much solid muscle.
While not necessarily a good indicator of body fatness, your waist measurement is a good indicator of your risk for cardiovascular disease. According to Dr. Oz it should be 32 inches or less for women, and 35 inches or less for men.
And my BMI is 26, and I'm most like folks from Belarus.
